The Pavillon Opéra Grands Boulevards has an absolutely perfect location that's hard to beat. I was right in the heart of everything with easy access to attractions and plenty of dining options nearby. Unfortunately, that prime location comes with significant drawbacks. The hotel sits surrounded by restaurants and nightlife, which creates substantial noise well into the night. This wouldn't normally be a major issue, but my air conditioning was broken during my stay. I had to rely on a small fan and keep windows open for fresh air, which meant I couldn't escape the street noise. The room itself is quite small, which is expected in this area, but cleanliness was disappointing. I encountered a clogged sink that wasn't properly maintained, and the carpet appeared dirty and worn. While I appreciate the central location and the staff's efforts, the combination of noise issues, broken AC, and cleanliness problems made for an uncomfortable stay. The hotel has potential given its location, but basic maintenance and noise management need attention before I could recommend it to others. Would I stay again? Probably not, despite the convenient location.

The room is small but cozy, and the location is great with plenty of restaurants just downstairs. The only minor issue was the bathroom drainage, which could be improved.

The location is near the railway station. Area nearby is vibrant even at midnight and would not be so noisy.

Great hotel in a very cute neighborhood, the room is small but it’s very clean our room was with a terrace. Great staff at the reception, everyone is just so kind and helpful! Especially Fernando and Patrick! I’ll definitely reserve this hotel again for my next visit in Paris.

The room is small but the transportation is convenient. You can walk all over Paris for three days. The facilities are very useful and well designed. The hotel has a simple breakfast, but it is recommended to eat out. Various bakeries are close, and it is also close to the popular restaurant Grand Cafe de Paris and the Opera House.

Choose carefully in summer! There is no air conditioning, the fan does not turn, and the fan wind is very weak. The location and surrounding environment of the hotel are extremely noisy, and you can't rest quietly if you don't close the window. It's good to book in winter. There is an elderly French man at the front desk who is very friendly and enthusiastic. Forget about others, they can't help you solve the problems you raise.

Due to the scheduled time schedule, I came from a nearby hotel and stayed in this hotel for two consecutive nights. The hotel is located in the city center, not far from the opera house, and there are many restaurants around. The breakfast is simple, the room is small, the shower is good, but the washbasin drains very slowly. If you are careful, it can still be used normally. The young guy at the front desk is very enthusiastic and efficient. In general, it is a small hotel that is run with care. In this location in the city center, the price is reasonable. It is more suitable for short-term business trips or single travelers who stay in the hotel for a short time.
