What a fantastic stay! An elegant five star hotel! Location is perfect. Even though it is next to the railway station but the sound proof is perfect, very quiet in the room. We had a good rest. Very safe too. You can easily get to anywhere especially doing shopping. The room is big since they upgraded our room to an executive room. They provided complimentary stuff: coffee and tea and cookies sometimes. The breakfast is mediocre but healthy.

Best location, right next to multiple metro lines and the rooms are clean and spacious per Paris standards. A lovely boutique hotel that made my trip to Paris delightful.

The service could definitely have been better. There was no one at the reception at night. The calling system was hard to understand and even ac was not working.

It was a nice hotel, centrally located but had few facilities for a 5* hotel, apart from that the staff was friendly and welcomed well.

The room is really too small. We booked a superior room. It was difficult to turn around after putting down the luggage. The hotel is in a good location. It takes only 10 minutes to get to Galeries Lafayette and Printemps. It's the first time I stayed in such a small hotel room🏨

The room was very good, the service was of five-star standard, the front desk staff was very friendly, except for a white lady who rolled her eyes at us impatiently, everyone else was very nice. The hotel security should be no problem, we did not encounter any theft, it was very safe to live there, the neighborhood was also very safe, and we returned to the hotel after 10 o'clock and did not encounter any strange people.

Nice hotel with lots of bling bling, hence Le Diamond. We received an 'upgrade' but cannot indicate or compare what our reserved room should actually have looked like. The carpet in the room was lumpy and rather rancidly stained. The bedspread on the bed also had strange stains… When you showered, the bathroom was soaking wet because the shower head was broken. Bed sleeps wonderfully!

The guy at the front desk is Chinese🇨🇳 and his service is enthusiastic. The hotel is in an excellent location and is convenient to go everywhere. The room is clean, tidy and comfortable. Highly recommended.
