Response from Property: Here is the Management response:1)We thank the guest for his compliments on our unique location at the foot of the Buttes Montmartre, with its art galleries, painters and museums and restaurants, close to all metro stations and 20 minutes from all the tourist sites of a big city like Paris as well as our cleanliness, the good quality of our beds and our kind and professional receptionists. 2)However, we do not agree with the remark: i)We are a full fledge 3* Hotel, which is in Perfect Condition and just went through a renovation recently, including new beds and mattresses, new carpets, etc., and with beautifully decorated rooms, which are Very Comfortable and we offer an Excellent Value for Money. All the Equipment is "State of the Art", including bathroom lighting and fittings (the leading German manufacturer Grohe), plumbing and electrical system, TV, telephone system and dongle. Free Wi-Fi Internet (France Telecom), etc.Finally, there is FREE Coffee and Tea every day and with a kettle in each room. The WIFI works perfectly. ii)The guest contradicts himself because:On one hand, the guest states that that there is no air conditioning, which is usually necessary when it is hot, BUT On the other hand, the guest states that it was very cold, for which you certainly do not need Air Conditioning AT ALL (!). So, which is which? Needless to say, we have heaters in every room in case the weather is cold. CONCLUSION: 1) We are extremely proud of our hotel, its very pleasant staff, its cleanliness, location and service as well as its aesthetics. 2) We provide excellent service for an extremely reasonable price. In fact, we firmly believe that we offer the best value for money. In other words, we really offer an excellent value for money.
