The hotel is conveniently located in the city, with walking distance to the Luxembourg gardens, RER B metro direct to the CDG airport. The room is clean, spacious, warm, bright and with sunshine—-I love it! There are heater within the room. Breakfast can be better if there’s be any improvement to advice. Overall it’s a great stay!

Love the cute balcony of the hotel and it is really amazing. I find the location and service of the hotel to be very good and very glad to be with them and would definitely stay again!

Magnificent hotel. Quiet and close to all amenities. A relaxing experience guaranteed, and I was privileged to be upgraded to a suite. The breakfast is very comprehensive and the food is fresh. A superb establishment that I highly recommend.

Small boutique hotel Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights from 3/28 to 3/31. This is a small but beautiful boutique hotel. The front desk staff are friendly and courteous. Simple requests can be handled immediately. On the day of check-in, arrive at the hotel early and leave your luggage at the counter first. After the meal, the luggage was delivered to the room, which is really considerate! The hotel is cleaned very neatly every day. The breakfast items are simple but delicious. The croissants are so delicious that I didn’t get tired of eating them for three days. The walk from the hotel to Luxembourg Station is very flat and the park is very flat, and it’s easy to transport large luggage. There are also many restaurants to choose from near the hotel, and there is a delicious French restaurant La Ferrandaise next to it. This time I came to Paris to celebrate 25 years of marriage. Excellent hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, very clean. The location is brilliant very close to lots of tourist attractions. There is a direct RER B line from CDG airport to Luxembourg station , which is 200m from the hotel. Train ticket €15 including navigo card. Very good selection of food at the breakfast buffet. Excellent choice of restaurants in the area. We had a fantastic stay.

We’ve been to Paris so many times always looking for the right hotel…this is it! The woman at reception was lovely and upgraded our room. What a nice surprise. The room was so big and not just by Paris standards. We had a great view, comfortable bed, and beautifully clean. We didn’t have breakfast but Nespresso machine in the room was all we needed.

My adult daughter and I spent six nights here. Loved it and would return in a heartbeat. Very comfortable, clean and easily accessible to all of Paris! Staff were all friendly, helpful, and kind.

The good: good and safe location to explore St Germain des Près, near the Senat, Jardin du Luxembourg and numerous restaurants. The disappointing part: I booked 2 nights during Paris fashion week so I understand rates can be higher than average during that period. But for 300+Eur per night, I expected more based on previous experiences in similar categories hotels in Paris: - Wi-Fi was very unstable and bandwidth was very poor when connected ( I am a IT engineer ), thankfully I had 4G on my phone. I complained the first day and I understand other guests did too but 24 hours later the issue was still not resolved and the lady at check-out did not convince me they were going to work harder to improve the situation. - Iron and Iron board are not available in rooms. Went to reception and asked for one; the lady handed me the iron board and iron so I carry it to my room . In hotels of that category, they would deliver it to your room. - Rooms are small ( it's Paris) and sound proofing is not good. I won't come back.

Concerning the Wifi, it's true that we have a problem with our provider and we're currently in the process of changing it because our supplier doesn't respect its commitment to after-sales service. As long as you can make do with a small room, small elevator, and lack of big-hotel amenities, Le Senat is charming ,with a wonderful staff and in a fabulous location (St. Germain de Pres). This was our second stay and we enjoyed it both times. We wish that breakfast were included, but there are several cafes within easy walking distance. Very good dinner restaurants very close by.

We stayed at this hotel as apart of our vacation package. I was pleasantly surprised with this cute boutique hotel. It was our first time in Paris and this hotel is in a wonderful location. The check-in/lobby are tiny but so cute and the rooms were actually pretty big. We had a big bed and a nice bathroom with a tub. Toilet was separate from everything else, felt like a weird closet. Breakfast was included in our stay and was perfect. Coffee, croissants and sooooo many yummy pastries! Other than breakfast, there’s no food options. The lobby has a small fridge with small champagne bottles and Coca Cola. So get snacks for your room when you are out. We got a pack of waters from a place a few blocks away.

Stayed at Le Senat for a few days on a leisure trip. Nice location, close to public transit (buses 21, 27, 63 are nearby) and an easy walk to the Île de la Cité. Room was decent, but I have a few recommendations for further improvement. First, for a four-star hotel, there were no slippers provided. Second, no laundry price list was provided in the room. Thirdly, although it wasn't overly warm, no fan/AC was available. Front desk did say it was being repaired; indeed, on my last day the AC was activated. An area heater was provided to warm the room at night, and it was cool enough at night that I used it a few times. Breakfast was adequate, not really worth the steeper price. Nearby eateries probably had similar food for less. A small grocery store was just across the street on rue de Vaugirard, and fruits, drinks, everything a visitor could want, were available there. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay, but the room rate was high for low season.

I'll take this opportunity to respond to some of the points you raised. Regarding slippers, we only supply them on request for ecological reasons. It is true that we were in the process of changing the air-conditioning to make it more comfortable for our guests, and also to make it more environmentally friendly by using less energy and less harmful gas. We changed our system in winter and spring when temperatures are cold or mild. We've been lucky in that we haven't had any extreme heat, with the exception of 2 or 3 days in April with temperatures of around 24 degrees Celsius. From then on, all our rooms had fully functioning air-conditioning. I am very disappointed and surprised that your breakfast experience was not satisfactory. You're in a room where staff serve you. I'm not sure you'll find the same conditions at the supermarket you mentioned. We also offer an express breakfast in the lobby for €8, including a hot drink, pastries and fruit juice. For your information, the low season in Paris is in August and December to February, so you can probably understand that the prices applied were not low season, as we were not in low season at the time of your stay. On the subject of laundry prices, we had a problem because we use a QR code to display information, but the code didn't work. We had to recontact our supplier and we are currently working on it.
