Quite old hotel, but with great location and good service. Hhh

Hotel is okay. Receiption Staff not friendly and always not happy. Door man is very nice and warn welcome. Overall not too bad with limit spending money.

Close to the Champs Elysees. There is an electronic bidet in the bathroom.

The hotel is in the best location possible, it is right opposite the LV flagship store! Very convenient walk and very safe even at night. The staff were very friendly and attentive, there was only one small confusion as they thought we only had 1 guest in each room and only gave us 1 towel, but that was resolved very very quickly. Overall, a very good stay and we will be back!

Chateaubriand hôtel location is quite perfect at 5 minutes walk from Champs Élysée, and metro line 1 George V, 10 minutes walk from Arc de Triomphe. Quite hotel in a little street. Staff are very helpful. French breakfast from 7am. Air conditioning during summer is a plus. Recommended for tourists in Paris.

Perfect location just one block from Champs Elysees. Tons of restaurants and shops just steps away. Lovely staff. All of them are super friendly and helpful. The room is classic and beautiful. The wifi drops a lot and I'd suggest a shower curtain so that guests don't get water on the floor. But overall, a lovely hotel.

The hotel is well located, with very pleasant reception and breakfast staff. However, the hotel's upkeep is deplorable, as are the services. My room was dilapidated and dirty. Furthermore, it lacked sound and thermal insulation. It was on the first floor facing the street, making it impossible to sleep with the noise (very noisy street and delivery service) and the draft. The room was dirty and dusty (it triggered an allergy and asthma attack). The hotel's light fixtures are mostly bent and dirty. The TV remote control was simply disgusting (I had to buy disinfectant wipes), and the curtain hook was ripped off the wall. There is no courtesy tray (tea, coffee, kettle, or even just water). Electrical wires are exposed (at the wall sconces), and the carpet, wall tapestries, and curtains are covered in dust. The light switches and furniture are old and peeling, and the bathtub and toilet seals haven't been cleaned. Dirty bathroom with hair and dust. The bath mat is stained and the curtains have holes. At breakfast, the towels have chocolate stains two days in a row... There are no slippers or bathrobes, no extra blanket or pillow. Few toiletries, and none of the Rituals brand as indicated. Total absence of the services advertised at the time of booking (no restaurant, no bar, no valet parking, no porter). No massage mattress despite my requests (they were supposed to get back to me with a slot). Complaints went unanswered from the first night, the third, and upon my departure, when all these points were discussed and shown to the team. Very expensive and therefore poor value for money. No customer service response. 4 stars which is not at all up to the standards of service we are entitled to expect from this standard near the Champs Élysées and at this price.

The location is excellent, but the room I stayed in was uncomfortable.

There is no kettle, but water is available at any time. It is an old building with good sound insulation. There is no shower curtain in the shower, so you have to find the angle. Otherwise, the bathroom will be full of water.
