I had a fantastic stay at Laghetto Stilo São Paulo. Everything was excellent — the room was spotless and well-maintained, the location was convenient for both work and leisure, and the staff provided exceptional service throughout my stay. The amenities were top-notch, including a well-equipped gym and a comfortable workspace, which made it ideal for a business traveler like me. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting São Paulo!

The hotel environment is good, in a central location, with convenient transportation, the room is a little small, and the breakfast is very rich. It's a kilometre or two from the central business district, but very quiet. . .

I didn't notice that there was a 1.5-1.8m bed when I booked the room The price is still different after staying for two days. I don't know where the 400 yuan increase came from. It's basically the same abroad and can't be compared with China. The room is small. I wasn’t used to the food, so I ordered a potato date.

The trip took place during the winter in São Paulo. The internet speed is average and the air conditioner in the room does not heat the room. It is 11 to 13 degrees in the room at night. The temperature is still a bit higher without the air conditioner. It takes courage to take a shower. Feedback was given to the front desk, but it was not resolved. The breakfast is quite rich. Although it is a five-star hotel, it looks rather dated overall. The overall evaluation is okay.

Excellent location. Beautiful, modern facilities. Room, bed, shower, spectacular amenities. Delicious drinks prepared at the bar. One thing to note is that breakfast was out of filtered coffee (even though the staff was warned several times), the capsule machine was swallowing a thousand expensive capsules (a shame!), the tapioca service was confusing and there was no bacon.

No slippers, no toothbrushes, not even mineral water, poor sound insulation, a bit old. There is no doorbell system outside the door, communication is by phone or knocking on the door. There are no sockets, but there are 2 at the bedside. Normally, the desk lamp is plugged in, so unplug the desk lamp socket when in use. Perhaps due to cultural differences, the towels for washing were rolled up and placed on the toilet seat. The toilet is small, broken and shaky.

The hotel is good, but there is no kettle, iron, no free water in the room. All the water in the refrigerator is paid, although not very expensive.

The network is extremely bad, always disconnected, I can't receive any pictures, it basically can't work normally, the sound insulation is extremely poor, I can hear all kinds of noises in the middle of the night, the location is also average, not very convenient, go to the supermarket to eat and change money to walk a long way, the front desk service attitude is very average, asked for hot water and asked me to wait, reluctantly, finally waited for a long time without response so I just left, the price is still very expensive, basically mainly receives various groups from China, in short, this is the worst hotel in all aspects of my experience in Brazil so many times, and then we were late for two days because of visa problems, contacted Ctrip in advance to see if we can postpone the check-in, but the phone was not connected at all, WhatsApp, emails were not replied, and when I explained the situation later, they made all kinds of excuses.

The sightseeing elevator in the lobby and the Japanese armor and samurai swords on the bar inside are impressive. The free coffee and fruit water at the front desk are very good, and the breakfast is very rich.
