0 points. The Lancome cream in the room was stolen and an unknown lotion was squeezed into it. We checked in very late on the first day. We went out to play in the morning of the second day. When we came back at night, the room was cleaned. After taking a shower, my family found that the half bottle of Lancome Absolue Cream on the table was scraped clean. After taking the plane, the bottle was inverted, so the cream on the lid was also scraped clean, and a large fingerprint was left. Other creams were squeezed into it, in a spray shape, and the color concentration and fragrance were different from Lancome. The loss exceeded 1,000 yuan. This is the first time this has happened in so many years of staying in a hotel. We immediately contacted the hotel, which is actually a homestay with only 10 rooms. The owner of the homestay did not seem to want to solve the problem at all. His attitude was very tough. He said that her employees were allergic to the cream, and that she also used Lancome, and the smell was fine. The cream melted due to the high temperature. We brought several bottles, but how come the color concentration of this bottle on the table changed, even the lid was clean, and the highest temperature outside was only 33 degrees. How can we not know what the things we use every day smell like? We immediately said that we wanted to cancel the next few nights because our safety was not guaranteed. The boss told us to find an agent. I explained this to Ctrip customer service. I definitely couldn't continue to stay in this situation abroad. Ctrip found an agent to communicate with the owner of the homestay. Until 12 o'clock in the evening, the owner of the homestay refused our cancellation request. Ctrip customer service said that I booked a non-refundable room, so they had no choice. Because I was abroad, I didn't continue to entangle in this matter in order to ensure safety first, and I didn't ask for compensation. I just hoped to cancel the room that I didn't stay in for the next few nights. What's puzzling is that this couldn't be done. Rebooking the hotel resulted in a direct loss of thousands of room fees. This hotel has many other problems, which are completely inconsistent with its high rating. The hygiene problem is not up to standard, there are dirty marks on the sheets, and bats or rat feces appear in the room from time to time. The water quality is worrying, and the shower head that comes with it has turned yellow after one use. Breakfast needs to be set at an accurate time, and the staff will call to urge after a while. In short, avoid thunder.

Highly recommend, very good, clean, good breakfast, friendly waiters. It's very quiet and leisurely. You can't stay in a hotel of this level in Sanya for less than 1,500 yuan. The key is clean.

The hotel is clean and hygienic. Strictly speaking, it's a homestay. It's close to Ao Nang Beach. It's cost-effective

What a find in the madness that is Aonang! Very quiet, super pool area and lovely bungalows surrounded by gardens, so well cared for. Very comfortable bed and a lovely shower room. Small fridge to keep drinks in, and it's very cold, unlike other fridges we have experienced! The hotel will ring a taxi tuktuk for you to take you to Aonang and it's easy to get a Grab back for half the price. Breakfast is lovely if you choose the fruit option (the cooked one not so good) but maybe varying it would be good. We stayed 6 nights and it got a bit boring having exactly the same thing every morning. Lovely, helpful staff. Highly recommend staying here.

The Villa was set in beautiful gardens and our villia was spotless and spacious and private. It had everything we needed. The pool area was equally beautiful. All the staff were very attentive and extremely helpful. Pekky the owner was extremely lovely and helpful with everything from letting us have breakfast later to helping us with trips, restaurant recommendations and taxis. Faii and the night porter were equally lovely. I would 100% stay again. It’s a perfect base of tranquility after days of touring and boat trips.

This resort is beautiful. Rooms are spacious, clean, modern with nice bathrooms. Staff are lovely and very helpful. The hotel booked us a great day trip which was excellent value. Gardens are lovely. Swimming pool is very nice with bar service. Only disadvantage is distance some the centre, but this means it's very nice and quiet.

A beautiful oasis away from the madness of Aonang. Set in beautiful gardens and lovely pool. The accommodation is top class with beautiful large villas and spotlessly clean. High quality fixtures and comfortable bed. You can walk to a number of local restaurants including Cafe 4.20 (best burger) or friendly staff at Oscars. Oscar’s hire scooters as well. Easy to get into Aonang by Grab or taxi for 100-200TB. Would recommend as long as you are seeking quiet location. Host is very friendly and helpful.

We went to Ao Nang Eco Villa hoping it would be a perfect calming retreat after two months of nonstop travel, and it absolutely was. Becky and her staff were attentive and helpful. Check-in was easy. Because it's just a bit out of town it was very peaceful and quiet at the villa. That said, we didn't find the walk to Ao Nang beachfront overly taxing and it was great exercise in the evenings. Becky helped us rent motorbikes that were brought to the villa for a mini lesson. Bull Muay Thai stadium and 4/20 restaurant are very nearby and great local spots for entertainment and food. Nee's Thai massage, also not too far of a walk away, is another great local spot near the villa. The staff at Eco Villa gave restaurant recommendations and helped us get a taxi to and from the airport. They made our stay incredibly relaxing.

Located about 8 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Aonang beach side, the villa & its serene environment makes you feel home away from home. Nestled in the jungle surrounded by several species of plants and trees, with some exotice thai creatures, you wake-up listening to the sound of birds chirping and sleep in the comfort of your bed overlooking the stars with occasional sound of frogs and cricket. After you have had a tiring adventurous day, be it with hiking, exploring caves, island hopping, tanning at the beach, or visiting the temples around once you step your foot back into the villas, there is a fresh air of calmness which immediately soothes your heart and mind, taking you into a place of tranquility. Everything which is served here is homegrown, be it the delicious mulberry wine or yummy jam you get to spread on the toast or green tea made from the leaves of mulberry, you will definitely tantalise your taste buds in a pleasing fashion. Our stay in Aonang Eco Villa was just amazing and we highly recommend it. The location is really convenient, close to Aonang but far from the busy and noisy areas.The swimming-pool is wonderful and the breakfast simply delicious. Peki and the staff were really kind and helped us organizing all the activities at our arrival. We're really looking forward to come back again to Aonang Eco Villa!

We stayed our last days of our trip. I cannot fault it in any way. From the welcome on arrival to the farewell on departure, this place has everything you need from a stay in Ao Nang. Staff were amazing. Breakfast was excellent. Spotless clean.
