The air conditioning in our room was broken and when I mentioned this to reception, she was irritated and said she'd get a technician to come out. A little later we were informed that they couldn't fix it and we were offered a fan which didnt work. When I told reception the fan didnt work I was given another one which didn't work either. Definitely not a 4 star hotel, really run down and in a pretty dodgy area. They also charge you 100 euros on arrival as a deposit. I would definitely not go back.

I had a great time there for 4 nights. All the people working there are very kind. cleaning in the room every day.

My intercom telephone was dead on arrival and till I checked out. An Air Conditioning unit should be installed as it gets suffocating during day and night hours as windows are required to be shut due to weather. No water bottles provided as a welcome gesture. No Dental Kit provided even on request. The Jr Suite room is spacious enough. No one is available at the Hotel restaurant even in the day time

The hotel is not bad. Not very conveniently located. But overall I can recommend it.

Architecturally beautiful hotel in the Arab-Indian-African part of Paris. I have never had such a large room in Paris before. I liked it very much and will come back here. The food in the nearby Arab restaurants is brilliant as in Kabul.

Obviously the neighborhood is not great but the hotel is in a small cocoon so we are well isolated from the outside. The big plus is of course the free parking. The room is spacious but not very well soundproofed so when a drunk couple comes home at 2am and talks very loudly we hear everything. The price is still reasonable considering the services

It is indeed close to the North Station, within a 15-minute walk. However, the surrounding environment does make people feel unsafe, as if they have entered India Street 😭. The decoration and atmosphere of the room also make people feel unsafe, maybe because it is near the station. Overall, my impression of Paris has been going downhill.

The rooms are impeccably clean and offer absolute tranquility, guaranteeing optimal rest. The peaceful atmosphere of the place allows you to fully relax, without being disturbed by outside noise.

Hello, in terms of hotels, nothing to complain about. Even if I had to insist because I had reserved breakfast and it did not seem to have been confirmed. However, in terms of catering there is a lot to review. More flexibility!!! We stayed there twice in two weeks at KUBE. Catastrophic wine list: few white wine references and the Sauvignon was disgusting. Unqualified and very stiff staff. A lot of change in a week. Too many deposits also on the room on the restaurant reservation. Not to mention a tourist tax which seems not to correspond to the legislation. Best regards,
