Very nice clean hotel, lovely welcoming staff that accommodates to you’re needs. Obviously location wise it’s 10/10 due to the location having great transport links. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely revisit if I’m ever in Paris in the near future

We chose this hotel for its excellent location and spacious rooms, and we were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel offers great connectivity for attending trade shows, and interesting neighborhoods like Marais and Canal Saint Martin are just a 15-minute walk away. The uniquely decorated room had a cozy atmosphere, though the open bathroom layout might be inconvenient for those seeking privacy. I requested a kettle for boiling water and slippers, which were provided promptly. A charming feature is the collection of humorous messages designed as a mini book to hang when leaving your room. The breakfast was excellent, and the hotel also has the renowned restaurant Neni, which we loved from our time in Vienna. We initially faced an issue with being charged double for taxes, but after communicating with the manager, we received a refund. The hotel has a good feedback system, allowing you to reach out to the GM if you're not satisfied. While the prices are slightly above average, the positive aspects of our stay made it enjoyable overall.

The hotel is directly opposite the train station. It makes catching a train much easier. The room is quite small though, especially the walkway to go to the other side of the bed, and you have your luggage on the floor.

booked for 2 separately nights. 1 This was with large room. But the room is at level 1, entrance via the pub, not so convenient for me. Also it's very near to the street and a little noisy. The fridge is not properly clean with some food residue. Missing a chair but deliver once we requested. Hotel location is good near to gare du nord. A bit dark because room is big without sufficient lighting. Breakfast is good

Conveniently located near the train station, easy to locate. Extra credit for the free chips and drinks in the fridge!

Beautiful themed hotel

Great hotel and the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is right next to the station. Busy location, difficult for taxi / Uber to drop you off. Usually very traffic.

The location is excellent (opposite the main entrance of Paris Nord Station). It is very convenient to go to the cdg airport or take Eurostar. There are many subways and RER trains passing through the station. The room is specially decorated and well-equipped. The hotel has a rich breakfast, the front desk staff is very friendly, check-in and check-out are quick, and the housekeeping also meets the needs of guests quickly. Highly recommended 👍👍

This hotel is so wonderful. When it comes to location I can’t think of a better place. The room was very clean, the vibe is just happiness and breakfast is a joy. Staff is super friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back.

The hotel is very conveniently located beside Gare du Nord, it is easy to find with huge signages. The reception was friendly and helpful. The rooms are small as meant for only 2 adults, however, the location made up for the size of the rooms. There are also many food choices close to the hotel to meet every kind of food preferences from kids, teens and adults. The staff was very helpful and tried their best to meet our requests. The beds were very comfortable and good for travelers coming to and from the station at late or early hours. They allow late check-out for a fee, which was useful for us a we had a late train out from Gare du Nord.

Nice hotel, right in front of the train terminal and metro, plenty of restaurants and shops around. Room is on the smaller size but nicely decorated.

Very artistic and stylish hotel located conveniently in front of gare du nord station, very good for those traveling via eurostar. Room came with free mini bar drinks and snacks, and a large comfy bed. Would recommend to those traveling to Paris.
