I checked in very late to the hotel about midnight. There was huge amount of road work in front of the hotel which made it very difficult to sleep because my room was given on the first floor. I requested them to see if you can move me upstairs but wasn’t supported maybe due to no roos available. in the morning when I reach for breakfast about 9:25 am there was no cereal bowl there was no cereal there was no milk,There was no juice and There’s no glass for juice. when I requested staff member, I heard something unexpected - You know the breakfast starts at 7 finishes at 10 so we are towards the end of it. I said but it is still more than half an hour to 10. I don’t know how they had audacity to say in this way to a customer when they are at fault. I didn’t like the service aspect at all and I would never prefer to stay in this hotel again or suggest to others. I just spent day for a business trip wanted a peaceful night and peaceful morning and some basic food. All of which seem to be, but in scarcity here !

Our room was beautiful but the hotel reception staff lacked respect and organisation, one morning for breakfast none of the electric appliances worked Catering lady was very helpful and keen. Lift stopped working one morning and when asked receptionist said don’t know when it’ll be foxed might take more than 30 minutes so we had to climb 13 floors of stairs to get to our room which was not nice at all.

Excellent room and location in la defense. Only bad thing is they don't clean the rooms during your stay.

- The location is quite convenient, close to major stations - There are many restaurants nearby -The hotel buffet breakfast has few choices and is low value for money at 16€. -The room is quite large, with a good layout and a kitchen, enough to accommodate 3-4 people - It would be perfect for me if I had a washing machine. -lots of mosquitoes

The reception at 1 p.m. upon my arrival was cold, not a smile, I had to wait 2 hours outside because the room was ready for 3 p.m. I returned to the room around 3:10 p.m. when we are on a long trip and we are tired we would like to have a smile and not you come back around 3 p.m., a shame because the welcome for my departure the gentleman was very friendly and smiling, I don't think I will come back, no kettle or tea bags, for the price I expected better

This was a convenient location for me as I was in Paris for a work trip at La Defense, a short walk away. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, and although I didn't need the kitchen, I can see it being useful for people staying longer than I did. The decor was basic and a bit dated, so it's not the best option if you're looking for luxury or comfort. I didn't sample the breakfast, but there are also other options within walking distance if needed. I had a room on the street side of the hotel, with a balcony but I wasn't disturbed by the noise at all, and appreciated the view across to the city, although the Eiffel Tower was just out of sight. The bedroom got a little stuffy and the sliding door on the wardrobe was jammed, but as I was only staying 2 nights it wasn't an issue. I wouldn't rush back out of choice, but it did the job.

Such a pleasant and helpful staff, clean place and fairly priced. It’s definitely a great place to stay and feel at home!

Apartment for 4 people functional and well equipped. The bedroom that closes is a plus for children who fall asleep before the parents! The bedding in the room is very comfortable. The bedding on the convertible sofa is also very good. The kitchenette is small but functional. It offers the comfort of a small dining area that is quite practical. The dishes were clean and Nescafe capsules were available. The bathroom is small but clean. The separate toilets are appreciable. The hotel environment is secure, there is a bakery at the foot of the building and several restaurants/snacks nearby. The evening and morning reception staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is located 10 minutes walk from metro line 1.

Very warm welcome! Welcoming staff. Very comfortable bedding! Even after having announced our wedding anniversary in advance, no special attention. Take the elevator twice in a row after the garbage container... without even a hello or excuse me from the person who pushed it. 4 stars that are only worth 3! Fridge that had a strong smell of moldy meat and which spreads throughout the apartment when opened, all that was missing were the maggots. Landline telephone with a layer of dust of at least 3 months. Toilets not very clean. Shower door not waterproof. Windows of the terrace filled with traces of grease! 2 towel dryers available but none that work! Wi-Fi unavailable.
