Friendly hotel staff, best comfy beds and towels . The hotel conveniently located near train station and easy to walk to a bakery and supermarket nearby

The location is quite good; however, when we came back to the hotel, the used towels were still put on the table in bath room

Such a shame as the hotel was beautiful, window was left wide open when we checked in late so the room was freezing, subsequently they don’t allow you to turn on the heating at night or it was broken so we moved rooms, then we had no cups or hairdryer, the staff made it near impossible to get cups and never gave us the hair dryer, all staff confused about our room change over so much to say but yeah just a bad experience at every turn

It’s very convenient especially travelling via train. Opposite of Gare du Nord, and 5mins walk from EST. Downstairs has quite a few restaurants to choose from. The room is nice and cozy.

Lift was not working entire stay. Had to carry bags and walk 6 floors. Very difficult for parents and young children. Management refused any refund. Be warned.

Wanted a stay near train station for an early train schedule. Room is new and clean. Only thing is the lift wasn’t working.

First of all, the staff is very friendly. Breakfast is also delicious. I had dinner and the food was all delicious and the wine was good. The room was also clean. The location is right in front of the station, so it's convenient. There's an elevator and luggage storage is free. The downside is that the room is a little cold... Actually, I was worried because there were a lot of safety concerns about the North Station, but I made a reservation because it's close to the airport. You might think that the safety is not good, but when you actually go there, the locals are also friendly. My mother and I stayed here, and the transportation is convenient, everyone is friendly, and the food is delicious, so she said that she wants to stay here again when she goes to Paris again. Haha! The shampoo and body wash provided were really good. I wonder where they are from.

The hotel is located next to the station, and its main feature is its convenience. The hotel staff is very simple. There is a restaurant on the first floor. There is a table at the entrance and a staff member. The front desk also serves as a security guard. Then there are the cleaning staff on each floor. The hotel facilities are relatively new. The standard room I booked is not large, and a large suitcase can be opened flat. The hotel hygiene may need a thorough cleaning. I found bed bugs in the room I stayed in at night. Since it was already very late, I did not contact the hotel, but I still did a thorough inspection of the room, especially the bed. The sheets and pillowcases were actually replaced, but you can still see some dandruff on the mattress layer. So I don't want to say much. I got allergic dermatitis when I came back

The hotel is relatively new, the bed is very soft, it is directly opposite the North Station, and it is convenient to get around. The bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas. The only inconvenient thing is that the shower room is open with transparent glass, but everything else is fine.

The location of the hotel was convenient, but the security around Gare du Nord is quite bad, so I don't recommend it if you don't plan on using Gare du Nord early in the morning or late at night. It's also a shame that there is no kettle in the room, only a coffee maker.

We booked 5 rooms and lift was broken entire stay with elderly parents and children. Had to carry bags and climb 6 floors every time. Management refused any compensation. Even breakfast staff rude and limit to one bread item. Tiny rooms also. Be warned.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights to cap off our three-week honeymoon, and while it was a pleasant stay overall, a few small details could have made it even better. The room was beautifully decorated with stylish touches, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—just what we needed to relax at the end of our trip. However, some design choices were not functional - with small area for clothing and bathroom door opened into the bed. Further, the bathroom had a double stained-glass door, which did not provide much privacy, and might not suit every couple’s preferences as was the case here. The location was very convenient, right next to the train station, making it easy to get around the city. That said, the proximity to the station did lead to a bit of morning noise, so light sleepers may want to keep that in mind. One small letdown was that, despite the hotel knowing it was our honeymoon and the final stop of our trip, there wasn’t any special acknowledgment. While we didn’t expect anything, a small gesture would have been a thoughtful and memorable touch. Overall, it’s a charming hotel with plenty to like, but a few adjustments could take the experience from good to exceptional.
