Outstanding place and extremely helpful host. Location is great that goes without saying. I was blown away with the quality of the room and all little thoughtful amenities like washing machine, drying rack, fan, extra bedding and towels just in case, additional extension cords. One of the best places I have had pleasure staying in. Unfortunately didn't take any photos of the room but it looks like in their add just even cleaner.

it's clean and quiet nearby to the restaurant and supermarket on the ground floor.. elevator takes awhile the host was very friendly and helpful we had good sleep .. I just dont have a picture due to being forgetful

The room for three is cramped, the balcony is small. The pool is paid. The reception is beautiful, everything inside is beautiful. But the room is cramped. The toilet with the shower are small. I saw a cockroach in the refrigerator (one). The shower flows in all directions. They checked us in quickly. As a transit hotel for 5000 rubles, it will do. (room 2827).
