We had a great experience at the hotel. The service was very prompt and good and the staff and crew were very accommodating and approachable. The pool is clean, and the room is well prepared when we arrived. We highly recommend for couples and families this hotel for bonding with a quite and beautiful place

Pictures are very deceiving of this place. The whole resort could do with a lick of paint for sure. Stains on the bedsheets and the toilet smelt of urine. Wouldnt recommend.

The place is so good, clean and the staff are accommodating. The service is commendable. The staff helped us pick up toktok when we decided to visit other places. The room is well maintained and spacious. We loved the place and will definitely go back here again.

This hotel amazed me so much! Checking in and checking out was super easy. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Rooms are clean and fragrant. Pool is super nice and clean. Parking space is wide. Hotel restaurant offers great food. Overall I will recommend staying here if traveling to Panglao Island.

Stayed here for the third time. Room was clean, staff were very helpful and friendly. I would come back here again! Highly recommend this place

very bad hotel. they don't change toothbrushes. they give torn towels. the toilet smells like sewage. they put drinking water every other time. they cheat with the price of the transfer. expensive bike rental

It's a nice secluded place but a but far from Alona. It will cost P150 for a token x2 each way. The person in charge during our check inn was not very friendly and welcoming. Had a long face and too busy chit chatting. The pool was nice as we had direct access to it. There also a life guard on duty so we could leave our little girls to swim while we just relaxed. Prices of drinks are reasonable @P80 for beers and buy 1 take for cocktail during happy hour @P280. I worked and live in China for yrs and I could say the Chinese food from the restaurant is close to Authentic. Room was comfortable and cozy. It's great that they have a water dispenser so you could use it for coffee etc. Internet was slow and always cutting out so it's unstable. Aldo there was allot of bugs in the bathroom.

Only Seed Resort is a gem! The location is beautiful the kids enjoyed our stay and the reception staff provided exceptional service and warm hospitality. My sincere thanks to Therese, Judy, Trixcy, Rhea, Cathy, and Lira. We would definitely return and highly recommend this resort 😀

The bunk beds were big. We never thought of having a great room. Room was complete with amenities including individual bag storage, personal light and personal safebox on each bunk. It was really a great hotel and room. Staffs are friendly too.

Great Hotel! The staff of this hotel were very welcoming and helpful. We are just inquiring about the availability but i was mesmerized by the view of the pool and clean rooms. Judy, Trixcy and Rhea in the reception are cheerful and very helpful. That made us extend our stay for how many nights.
