Price sold on Trip was overpriced Vis a via to another booking platform . Only found out after made the booking. Besides the room was extremely basic n nothing to mention about. Choose some where if you want a better experience

Overall is a good stay. We went on weeekdays. Had a good sleep. There's mamak, dessert store and 7 eleven in the same street downstairs. They upgraded our bed size to king-sized bed, which is really kind of them. We were initially assigned to a room without windows, and I looked back to my booking and there's window mentioned. I requested to change to a room with window, as I personally like rooms with window for ventilations and less humid. They changed the room for us immediately. The aircon was dripping and you can hear water taps running in the next room. But it's ok. Other than that, we had a good sleep.

Location is good, we rent a car with them, very convenient to hang around the island, our room at 2nd floor nice view, have towel and all the amenities, aircon is good, WiFi is not working, shower heater ok, shower drain needs improvement

Next trip of course came again

Bed not comfortable at all To dusty Bathroom door while closing and opening was too noise New born baby and toddler is not suitable for this hotel

I highly recommendbecause of its clean and comfortable rooms, top-notch amenities, and attentive staff. Also very close to jetty.

🌵The toilet door is not safe and should be fixed. Can see inside due to the large space between the door's edge and wall. 🌵Cleanliness is average due to stains on linen 🌵No lift. ❤️❤️❤️However, with sufficient drinking water and amenities, tv channels and, strong pressure of water supply is more than enough to compare the price. Walking distance to local restaurants and a free taxes zone to the shopping lot.

This hotel is quite new in Pangkor Island. The service staff at the counter are very friendly. It is very convenient for those who drive motorcycles or cars. There is a place to park downstairs.

Towels smelled bad, Air conditioning was not cold Location was ok

It was okay to make a same-day reservation. There was a hair dryer, which was very helpful. There was no particular odor in the room. I had a comfortable time. I like the atmosphere of that room. I could see the sunrise from my room.

It's good, but there's no window.
