Decent for a cheap motel. Rooms are a little dated but cleaned daily - good housekeeping staff, they are very sweet and thorough. Front desk is a mixed bag. Some more helpful than others. The setting is a little hood, be prepared to encounter neighbors asking for favors. DHS housing here. No breakfast & they don’t really have a pool, hasn’t been open for years it seems. Stayed 3 nights. As soon as I woke up day 1, I walk out and discover I’m in a construction site, had to move rooms and asked for refund on the first night. They said they have to ask the manager - but they do not know when he’ll be back. Then I saw him talking with construction workers & asked directly. He said yes but dodged the resolution for the next 2 days. Thankfully trip.com credited me $100 in coins which pretty much covered it. At least they did not charge me for late check out & are making updates. The new stucco does look nice.

Do not use the hotel or trip advisor. Hotel smell was so bad that we could not stay there. Trip.com was unable to get me a refund. Next time I will use a better travel site.

I think people who can understand Chinese characters should not book this hotel, it's extremely bad! This is a motel! The picture he gave was blurring out the fact that he was in a motel! When I was at the door, I already felt horrified. It would be impossible to rent a house nearby at this price, so I should pay more money and go to another hotel instead of staying in this one. I have indeed never seen such a cheap hotel. But I gave up without checking in, and the hotel did not admit that it was a motel and refused to refund the money. In the end, the Chinese platform refunded 30%. This low-cost motel was opened by an Indian. The service attitude is extremely bad. I think Chinese people don’t mind spending this little money. Try to book another hotel. Don’t book this one, it’s really bad. It’s a complete motel! 👎There is really no need to save money, you will waste all your money on this hotel, please don't choose it!

No breakfast at all. The hotel reception service is terrible. They even violently took away the room card and asked us to leave. He also slandered the Chinese people. It was difficult to negotiate because I didn't understand English. Otherwise, call the police.
