Location was perfect , the rooms were clean and had all the amenities. Wonderful stay

Very close to Nydalen station and downstairs is the supermarket, convenient location and quiet environment. Breakfast is also nice!

The hotel location was ideal and not far from oslo city centre with a metro station across the road and several bus stops very nearby. Most of the staff were very helpful however there was one gentleman who appeared to assist but then no result to his said actions. Additionally the first room he provided he stated would have view. The view was of the hotel from the window. The room he provided was unclean and filthy. We requested a change to our room with his colleague. She was very helpful and gave us a great room very clean room with a view of the river, but only thing is we had no phone in the room. We requested one but was told one would not available until later on the week. This was not beneficial as we were leaving. The amenities were ok however the hotel had direct access to mini shopping mall which had some lovely coffee shops and general convenience stores, which was great. Therefore we did not eat at the hotel. Overall apart from the above issues it was a pleasant stay and we extended it by a day which was a smooth process and we was able to stay in the same second room.

The infrastructure is complete, the rooms are bright and clean, the service staff are warm and thoughtful, and the bus terminal is nearby, so the transportation is convenient.

When I booked this hotel, I read everyone's reviews, which were extremely extreme. There are good reviews and bad reviews! Only when I checked in did I understand why. We booked standard rooms throughout the trip, but we stayed in two time periods. The first time we arrived was around 9 a.m. on Sunday. We originally thought we wouldn't be able to check in early, but we didn't expect that all 4 rooms were available. It was really timely for us after a long flight. During my two-night stay this time, the room was quite large and even equipped with a coffee machine! Apart from a few dirty cups and insufficient heating, there were no problems! But when we checked in for the second time, the room we were given was smaller and there was no coffee machine, but it didn't matter if we only stayed for one night! The only problem is that the shower head in the shower room is not very good, and the water is very slow and easy to accumulate water! There is still no heating ~ In addition, the location of the hotel is really good, it is adjacent to Metro Line 4.5! There is a co-op supermarket next to it, open until 23:00.

There is a lack of sanitary ware and the waiters are off on weekends…

The facilities are a bit old, the worst thing is that the room was not cleaned and I was given a card
