The location is fantastic. The hotel provides for basic facilities. Breakfast can be pre-booked. But it lacks some basic amenties: 1. It lacks a telephone in each room. How are we to reach out to the reception in case of any support ? 2. Majority of travellers from Asia will not carry things like electric plugs (Norway has a typical plug ). So the only way is to now purchase it from a shop. Even that is fine, if you reach the hotel at an odd hour then we will have to wait for the shop to open to purchase the connector/plug. 3. TV channels lack basic english channels. Nowadays satellite channels are cheap atleast connect the TVs to the internet for streaming youtube. 4. Rooms have hangers but lack cupboards. 5. No dental kits or shaving kits etc.

Great place to stay with family. Good value for money. Nice environment.

Location is convenient easy walking distance to many sightseeing spot. However quality of room cleanliness is mediocre. Breakfast was amazing with so many choices of food to choose from, all in all great hotel

Great location, the entire hotel needs to be cleaned. The room, the carpets, the mirror etc… Just tips! Employees smile that’s a big plus! Keep it that way! Stordalen «burde» besøke sine hoteller når det gjelder renslighet!

Facilities: relatively new. Hygiene: quite clean The breakfast is not very suitable for Chinese appetite, you can download Grap to order takeout. At 3 or 4 in the morning, I heard loud prayers because there is a school next to it. You can ask the front desk for earplugs

The room is a bit small

The facilities are very good and the service is very good. Our plane was very early and the hotel staff prepared breakfast for us. The transportation is convenient and fast, and there are many, many, many, many delicious foods around.

A very speechless incident. It said "air conditioning" on the facilities, but it turned out to be broken. Not only was there no switch, but it kept blowing cold air. There was no so-called heating. I went to the front desk but they didn't answer the phone. I went there in person and a not very friendly white person said it was not the season to turn on the air conditioning yet (***). Well, it was more than ten degrees below zero and I am from the south and can't tolerate cold. What's even more speechless is that when I checked out, I forgot a pair of Chanel earrings. I clearly remember that I put them on the table and forgot about them in a hurry. Maybe there was also 80 euros in cash...? I can't remember clearly. I went to the front desk to help find it and send it to me, but hsk insisted that there were no earrings or cash. OK, I'm already on the plane and can only blame myself for my bad luck😅
