We stayed in this newly opened hotel for 5 nights and we liked it for the following reasons:
1. Free accessed to indoor pool
2. On-site parking, with discounted overnight price for in-house guests
3. Buffet breakfast has a large variety of choices
4. Rooms are specious compared to other properties in Japan

2nd time staying & we booked a smaller room. was a little thrown off at how small it was compared to my previous stay 🫣
room was very clean & check in was smooth as usual.
overall a very convenient & affordable hotel. 7/11, family mart, drug store, donki, & mcdonalds nearby. hotel is connected to the mall as well with a grocery store, lots of food options. there’s also kinokuniya, & abc mart.
straight train to & from the kansai airport, osaka castle, kyoto (gion area) & umeda.

Excellent service, very good breakfast with wide choices, Western and Japanese. Although hotel is old, it is very clean and well maintained, with excellent amenities. Just a short walk to the Osaka castle and its surroundings. We can see the castle from our room. Getting around is easy and the closest station is Osakajokoen Station by JR line, and it is just one stop away to the metro network. Good thing is the airport transfers by limousine bus right outside the hotel. Note that there are only two departure time at 8:10 and 10:10 am if you are heading your Kansai airport.

Transportation wise, the hotel has great access to airport and inter-city (direct train from/to KIX airport and easy transportation from/to Kyoto/Uji/Nara). However going into the osaka main tourist attractions will normally involve transits.
Hotel itself is old but maintained fairly well. All amenities are supplied as well as free skin care samples if you run out of them. Hot spring can cost extra depending on the package you go for.
Staff are friendly and communicate in English too. All in all great value for money and will come back to stay.

This location is very near to osaka castle, within 5minutes walking distance. You can easily access to osaka castle in sunrise or sunset or even midnight to take a good photo shot.
Nearby there is 7eleven, lawson, family mart, upon you exit from subway station.
Breakfast relatively good range of variation and even free coffee for take away.
Room is more spacious than you usually seen in dotonbori or namba area.
Very easy access to subway.
There is no free amenities like moisturiser, lotion.

I think i was allergic to the cushions for the first few days. But with this price and its location, i can’t complain. Will still consider about it next time.

The room is of good size. It can hold two 24-inch suitcases and one 20-inch suitcase. If you unfold one, it won't block the way.
It is very close to JR and Osaka Loop Line. It is directly accessible from the airport. However, Keihan and Osaka subways are a little far away and you have to walk a long overpass.
Check-in on the 3rd floor of the hotel. Free luggage storage before and after check-in. You can also check in at the self-service machine. There is a 711 downstairs. There is a restaurant next to it. It is a breakfast partner of the hotel. But to be honest, it is not cost-effective to buy breakfast in Japan, which is Western-style.
The hotel deducts points for its poor cost-effectiveness. It costs almost 700/day for three days, but it doesn't feel like it is 700. This is also the first time I stayed in a hotel under JR West Japan. I feel that Keihan is better.
It's okay, but the sound insulation of this hotel is not very good. I can clearly hear the sound of the tram below on the 8th floor... It runs from morning to more than 11 o'clock in the evening, and the sound insulation next door or upstairs is not very good. If you are very tired after visiting Osaka, it shouldn't affect you at night, but the sound insulation of this hotel is really poor. The sound insulation in Japan is obviously very good, why is it so bad here... Anyway, I think this hotel is not cost-effective

It's such a perfect hotel. I will definitely recommend it to my friends next time. The staff is very enthusiastic and helped me change coins. Because I arrived late, they upgraded my room. If I have a chance to come to Daban again, I will stay here again. There is a grandfather on night shift who is very nice. There is also a free shuttle bus to the subway station. One of the staff can speak Chinese.

This hotel is not in the city center, so I couldn't book a room on Saturday night and stayed here for one night. There are three stations around the hotel, one is the nearest JR station, another is Miyakojima subway station which is not too far away, and the other is Tenjinbashi Rokuchome Station which is more than one kilometer away. This station has the Osaka Museum of Living and Living and the commercial street. After shopping, you can walk back to the hotel. It's a straight road, and you will reach a bridge. Turning the corner, you will almost reach the hotel. There is a small river and a park here. The hotel is surrounded by residential areas. There is a convenience store diagonally opposite the hotel gate, which is very convenient for eating and drinking. The room is not small, the lighting is bright and soft, and the furniture color is also warm, which makes people feel very warm. You can hear the sound of trains and the sound of traffic on the small road downstairs in the room, but it becomes quiet at night, especially after 11 o'clock, close the window and sleep, and fall asleep immediately. Stayed for one night and felt very good!

GGuest UserClose to Miyakojima Station on the Tanimachi Line. Go out to Exit 3 and go right.
Convenience stores, restaurants and so on are close around.
Higashiume Station on the Tanimachi Line is very close, and after getting off the station, go out to Exit 4 and you will find Umeda.
Namba and Dotonbori can be reached within 30 minutes, and it is also close to famous attractions such as Tsutenkaku!
The interior is simple, but there's something basic.
It's an old inn, so it's fun to feel like you're in the Showa era on a time machine.
I recommend this place if you are just sleeping cheaply
The host couple are also very friendly and will be sent off every day when they leave the hostel and welcome you back to the hostel.
Basically, he doesn't speak a foreign language well, but if you try to communicate using a translation application, he will be kindly responded.
There is a gentleman right in front of the inn, so the feeling of Japan is the best!
Willing to return

GGuest UserThe room is ok, the conditions are not bad at this price near the Sakurano Palace. The front desk will speak Chinese, which is relatively convenient for communication. The sanitary environment is very good. Overall very satisfied. The hotel is right by the river. Going out is the Sakurano Shrine. Osaka City is also very close, it is very good to take a walk after dinner at night to see the night view.

GGuest UserI stayed here on the last day of Golden Week to go to Universal Studios Japan.
It was convenient because there was an affiliated parking lot, a convenience store, and a restaurant nearby.
It was nice that the key was a number input instead of a card, which reduced the amount of luggage I had to carry. The cheerful service of the front desk staff, the cleanliness, and the free all-you-can-drink coffee were also good. I was very satisfied because I was able to stay there for a very cheap price that day.

HHanHan涵涵The self-service Chekin is very convenient. Parking is convenient nearby. It is also very close to the electric railway. The room is very comfortable and has a microwave. If you buy food at the convenience store, you can also go back to the room to heat it up and eat. There are dishwashing liquid, pots, dishes, spoons and chopsticks. ややWe stayed here as a group of three generations.
We stayed for two days and one night, and the environment was very quiet and comfortable.
Breakfast was fully booked, but they said we could have it brought up to our room, so we were able to relax.
Thank you very much.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is the best value for money I have ever stayed in in Kansai. It is very new, super clean and comfortable. It is surrounded by a quiet and peaceful residential area. It is very convenient to eat. There is a subway station just a few steps away. It is very smooth to go to Osaka and Kyoto stations. The service is superb, especially the handsome Chinese guys and beauties at the front desk. They are very friendly and professional in solving problems for guests. Thank you very much! This is the first hotel to recommend when you come to Kansai for business travel!

XXUANFirst of all, this hotel is not as close to the subway as the merchants have told for nearly six minutes on foot. It is purely a lie. Kyungbashi Station is 1.2 km away and walks without a word. Then this hotel is purely self-help. There is no staff to call. The voice operation is very unpleasant. How much time do you have to clean the service? If you need to pay 1000 yen, once the toiletries and paper towels are used up, there is no need to continue. The bath towels are not replaced by the ones. We have a family of three for the towel and Ctrip. They can't find anyone. Although they had clean towels and paper towels the day before they left, my mood is still very bad. To tell the truth, where are the praises coming from!
