"This hotel is located in Shinsaibashi's American Village, very close to Daimaru Department Store and also the police station. However, because there's a rock bar across the street, the area around the hotel is often filled with people smoking. Even the hotel elevator reeked of cigarette smoke, and there were no 'no smoking' signs. The room itself was newly renovated, clean, and simple, with plenty of space – I could open two large suitcases completely without any issues! That said, the air conditioning vent had a thick layer of dust. While the shower had a bar, it was positioned in such a way that you couldn't place clean towels or pajamas on it. Similarly, there was no place to put a towel near the sink, so I had to walk naked to the bed to grab one after showering, which was quite awkward. The staff, however, were all very friendly."

HhetomyThe room was very quiet, and housekeeping cleaned it daily. The location is excellent, just a short walk to Shinsaibashi, and the subway station is right outside the door. Although breakfast was Japanese style, there were many options, and I thought it was even better than the breakfast at the hotel in Kyobashi.

XXige1993Extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel's location is super convenient, and the room was spacious, bright, and very clean. The bedding was so soft and comfortable, I slept like a baby all night. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, always ready to help with anything I needed. Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. The facilities are excellent, offering great value for money, and I truly felt at home. I'll definitely choose this place again next time and highly recommend it!

MMaggie maiqiqiThis hotel is super conveniently located directly across from Universal Studios, less than a 2-minute walk away. There's a Sushiro and a food street nearby, along with various Lawson convenience stores. What I loved most was the self-service laundry machine; after a day out, I could wash and dry my clothes, and they came out perfectly flat. The machine even comes with detergent and fabric softener, so my clothes smelled great and felt fluffy. There's also a microwave and an ice machine, so I could heat up the sandwiches I bought for breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, it's more Japanese-style with salmon and avocado rice, plus many other options. Overall, it was fantastic!

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is truly excellent. Coming out of the north exit of Namba Station on the Nankai Line, you'll find a large plaza. Head right and you'll see two pathways. Take the one on the right, and when you reach a fork, turn right again to find the Don Quijote Sennichimae store. If you go straight left out of the pathway, cross the street, and then turn right, you'll reach the hotel. It's incredibly close to Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi, Kuromon Market, and other popular spots, making shopping and dining exceptionally convenient. Even many day tour meeting points are nearby. The hotel rooms aren't large, but they are very new and come with a full set of toiletries, so you don't need to bring anything. The price is also affordable, and I didn't even have to pay the accommodation tax! Highly recommended!

GGuest UserI was very satisfied with my stay this time, especially loving the room's decor. It had a warm and comfortable wooden style with soft lighting, which made it feel cozy and not cold at all. I felt incredibly relaxed in the room. I think the design and layout are brilliant. The room was clean, well-equipped, and the location was very convenient, being close to the subway station. I've already left Osaka for Kyoto, but I still miss this room a bit. If I come back to Osaka, I'd definitely choose to stay here again. I did notice the odd smell in the hallway that others mentioned in reviews, but it was bearable, and the room itself smelled pleasant. One minor point is that one of the hotel staff members, a lady, seemed a bit cold, perhaps just quiet by nature, but another lady was very enthusiastic and spoke fluent English. Despite being next to the highway, I didn't experience the noise I expected. Regarding the blackout issue mentioned in other reviews, I think you can just request a room not facing the highway. I'm currently at a hotel in Kyoto, and for some reason, it feels a bit eerie. I really miss this hotel!

MMeituankefuThis hotel boasts an excellent location, right in the heart of the bustling Namba area, and close to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori. The front desk features a comfortable lounge area and a water dispenser. What's more, on my floor, there was a large beverage machine offering a variety of drinks, both hot and cold. The bed was cozy and came with a TV that had decent reception. The bathroom, washbasin, and toilet were all quite spacious, and importantly, all these facilities were separated for men and women. I also discovered a prayer room available for Muslim guests, which is a very thoughtful touch. Of course, the front desk staff were incredibly polite and attentive as well.

AAnonymous UserComing from Kansai Airport, you do have to transfer a few times on the subway. However, the hotel is very close to Juso Station, about a 6-7 minute walk. Juso Station has a food street, so dining is super convenient! It's not crowded around at night, so sleeping is very, very quiet! There's a convenience store at the intersection, and Don Quijote is just across the main road! There's also Daikoku Drugstore nearby! Although breakfast is simple, it changes a bit every day, which shows a lot of thought. You'll definitely be full and satisfied! The lobby also has vending machines with beer, drinks, and ice cream! All your normal needs can be met here! Personally, I think even though the location is a little out of the way, it makes up for it in value for money, and transferring subways is still very convenient~

GGuest UserThe hotel is located right in front of Dotonbori Street, but it's not a noisy area. There are convenience stores like Lawson and 7-Eleven nearby. It's about a 15-minute walk (1km) from Namba Station, which is manageable when coming from the airport. The bathroom was clean. Free breakfast includes bread, drinks, and coffee. The coffee was absolutely delicious! Amenities are self-service on the first floor. You need to request new towels daily. Room cleaning is done once every three nights. The room itself is small, but having experienced even smaller rooms before, this size was acceptable.
