This is a very cost-effective B&B, and it is highly recommended. First of all, the accommodation configuration. The double room I booked is a bit like the social animal apar**ent that appears in Japanese dramas. The space is not large but the facilities are complete, with dry and wet separation, independent bathroom, wardrobe, small balcony, microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer and other small appliances. The whole decoration is relatively simple and plain, and it is very comfortable to live in (but the mattress is a bit soft, and people with bad waist may not be used to sleeping). Secondly, in terms of location and transportation, on the one hand, under the Tsutenkaku, next to the Shinsekai Commercial Street, there are many tourists. Although it is bustling, it is magically very quiet at night; on the other hand, the surrounding tram stations and subway stations are very close, whether it is to go shopping in Osaka or to Kyoto and Nara next to it, it is very convenient, and it can be used as a base for Kansai tours. Finally, communicate with the owner. After booking on the platform, the whole process of online communication is very straightforward and convenient, and check-in and check-out are very simple. In short, I recommend friends who come to Kansai to choose this B&B.

The place and equipment are also good, especially the lighting is very good, there are many combinations, and it is very comfortable to rest. However, there is a very bad smell in the bathroom, which can be said to be very smelly. If the door of the living room is not closed, the whole room will also smell .

The actual photo is in line with the provided photo. The lighting is very good. It is like returning to your own home. There is a station in about5-7 minutes walk. There is LAWSON opposite the downstairs. It is a 2-minute walk to Tongtian Pavilion. There is DONKI Jing'an Hall near the New Imam Palace Station. You can buy it before going to the airport. It is really convenient! ! There is an elevator, and there are izakayas nearby that are open quite late. I am not afraid of finding something to eat. There are hangers in the closet. It is very comfortable to stay for four nights. The CP value is very high. I will come back next time I come to Osaka. ୧ (՞o̴̶̷̤ ̫ o̴̶̷̤ ՞) و

It is a satisfactory hotel that I stayed in Japan this time. 500 per night for four nights The room is very large, with a password lock, washing machine, microwave, etc. It is very new and clean, and the bed is also clean. The toilet is finally not the cramped small toilet in Japanese hotels, but a full-size toilet. The toilet paper is also thick. Transportation: It is very close to JR, and it is very convenient to go to Kyoto, Nara, and the airport. The disadvantage is that there is no sanitation and cleaning, and everything is self-service. Attention! ! ! There is a very annoying point: on the morning of our check-out, we were still packing in the room, and a staff member directly entered the room by pressing the password? ? Later, we delayed the check-out for an hour, but someone entered the room by pressing the password before an hour. Neither knocked on the door twice. Fortunately, we also locked the second lock, otherwise the consequences would be disastrous. If this were a chain hotel, it would be a major accident😱 I hope the hotel can deal with this kind of thing seriously. The living experience that could have been rated five stars was forcibly broken into twice.

Excellent location, 4 minutes walk to Dobutsuen-Mae Station. 10 minutes walk to Shin-Imaiya Station and plenty of trains to Kansai Airport or Wakayama. The hotel itself is clean and tidy, large size of bed and spacious. Nearby with many restaurants, convenient and quiet. A friendly, proactive and sincere staff, highly recommend with a very pleasant stay here.

The location is great and there is self check-in. The user manual was lacking and inconvenient. It's a good place for the price, but not recommended for those visiting Japan for the first time.
