Overall, the location is great. It’s very close to tourist spots and dining areas, so if you’re hungry, you can easily find something to eat. If you want to shop, it’s also very convenient. The only downside is that the room is extremely small — it’s really cramped for two people.

The overall feeling is not bad, because after I booked my room, the hotel adjusted my smoking room, which I am very satisfied with, and I hope the hotel will remember me in the future.

The hotel is old in age. It uses key for opening the room. But prime location and cheap price r the greatest advantage of this hotel.

Hotel with great location. The cleaning of rooms was available every day, but there was no ventilation in rooms and clean service was not good or not in all places. Service was rather okay.

Chanced upon this hotel that stated its walking distance from Dotonburi so we gave it a shot. This will be our first and last stay. Unfortunately this hotel has very unfriendly, judgmental and rude service staffs. I’ve never left a bad review for any hotel, but this earns my first. They charged us the accommodation tax without informing us at the counter and only after we enquired then they gave us a snark response. Also had to ask again, for an invoice to be issued for this. The hotel also has strict rules about not having visitors all around so if you have friends or relatives who’re staying in another hotel, be sure to take note of this and avoid asking them over, even to chit chat. The hotel does not allow visitors in their lifts and will not hesitate to call the police on you and reject your stay if you do bring visitors to your room just for a chit chat. On top of that, the hotel service staff at the front counter were very unprofessional to all guests as they did not want to offer any form of help to anyone—we saw people asking how to on the fridge in their room and they only used their broken English to instruct the guest. The guest requested for a staff to head up to help whenever convenient but the staff repeatedly instructed the guest and rejected to head up. The service staffs were all seemingly “birds of the same feathers” and did not want to willingly offer any help to any guest in need. Please avoid this hotel at all costs……horrible…….

Love it and it is near to many attractions. Glad I booked here. There is self service laundry room for you wash your clothes.

Cleanliness: don’t expect much, it’s an old hotel and the place looks clean enough until you look closely and you will notice mold and dust. But linens were always clean and towels were replaced even when you’re out for the day. Location: easy access to the subway, with convenience stores and underground retail shops nearby, and a quick walk to the Shinsaibashisuji area. Service: their best trait. Quick, efficient, friendly, excellent. You’ll just have to go to the front desk for most help since there is no phone in the room. Amenities: hotel wifi kept disconnecting during our weeklong stay and was barely useable. TV only has local channels. Limited toiletries on offer compared to hotels in adjacent areas and with similar room size. You can hear other people in the corridors and in their rooms. Restaurant is closed.

Staff not clear for me about cleaning room , first day check in that boy staff telling me about cleaning how put for the room cleaning room sign omg my room no cleaning one time bcos my room at L 5 🙄not say L5 below no cleaning room service, if want to cleaning service must pay ! 走在自己的层有抽煙味

it’s really so convenient, near the train station. Not too far from all the places of interest.

Enough for a solo traveler and it’s very near the subway. Very easy to travel around Osaka area. Will book again, but space is enough for one pax.
