Great that there is shuttle bus at 30min interval to Osaka station given the hotel is a bit of a walk there; would be even better if the shuttle bus schedule can be extended past the current 630/640pm since I presume most tourists would be out exploring Osaka and having dinner. Would be great if there is power socket at both sides of the bed to charge phones. TV was really old school. Carpet looks old. Service was top notch. Spacious room and very spacious sink area, which is rare for Japan hotels it seems. Pleasantly surprised that there’s speaker in the toilet linked to the TV so we were able to play relaxing music to wind down while washing up.

Excellent service and room. Breakfast was nice. Only lowlight is the distance from JR Osaka Station.

Great location, much too expensive for what you get. The breakfast buffet was not great at all, very few food options for that price. Big size rooms.

The location is quite good. Next to the Umeda Sky Building so it’s easy to find. However it’s a 5-10 min walk to the big department store, but the walk is okay. There is a shuttle bus service which makes it very nice also. The room is quite big and of course everything was nice and clean. The breakfast was amazing! I love the hotel and would stay again!

Location is good, which is a few minutes away from Osaka Station. Room is large and unqestionably clean and tidy. Love the tidiness of the room.

All good. Service staff was very friendly. Shuttle bus driver and attendant were superb. Walking distance to Osaka station is about 10 mins or shorter, easy walk. There is a 7-11 right across the hotel.

The hotel is rather old and is showing its age with the antiqued design and less-than-modern facilities. Not necessarily a bad thing if they can work harder in creating a nostalgic ambience but unfortunately, such is lacking. The breakfast was a huge disappointment but the afternoon high tea was rather nice. Rooms are spacious as one would expect for a Westin hotel. Services are OK but not great.

Overall a good hotel. The room size is very big for Japan. Beds are big and comfortable. It's not the newest hotel, but that's not a problem. The rooms are relatively clean. We didn't really like the location, it's not very far from Osaka main train station but the whole area has fences and seems under construction.

The hotel shuttle service to Osaka station is convenient but runs during Fri-Sat. :) but taxi is just around 1,000 yen if the shuttle is not there. Location is good. There is a small park (where we took this picture) and 7-11 nearby so it is very convenient.

Great experience A bit difficult to find the shuttle bus station though I love the in room massage service I can simply call the spa and they can arrange for foot massage that is around 30 mins for only around usd 30 Good price for japan standard I also love the pool and the breakfast is really delicious
