Great inclusion. The food service place isn’t too flashy making the entire dinning experience a bit lacking. You can book up to 3 private bath session. I used the public bath early in the morning which is great too, had the entire place to myself.

Really love the big room we had and having our own onsen in the bathroom but the shower was not hot sadly 😔 Love that so many yukada are available to use freely 🥰 and the closet is pretty wide too 😁 Would be good to have more table space 😔

Great place to stay. Just 2 min walk from the station. Staff very accommodating, especially for English speaking guests. Restaurant food was really good. Small portions but surprisingly filling! Loved our waited. Would recommend as a nice getaway for couples!

Excellent ryokan! The location is great, very close to the station. Onsen. Only the public open-air onsen has water from the spring. Very good! In a beautiful place, the water is pleasant, there is a canopy and you can warm up in bad weather and rain. The rest of the baths are with regular water. There is a private bath, also with regular water, you need to book it. You can do it in advance, through the app, but I did not receive the code. I booked it on the spot upon check-in, but the time was not the most convenient. Excellent and varied kaiseki dinner and breakfast, at the level of good restaurants. Deliciously beautiful. They serve it not in the room, but in the general restaurant, but everything is fenced off for privacy. The service is not the most friendly, like in a business hotel, you expect more from a ryokan. I sat down at the bar to drink a welcome drink, but there was no one to order from, no one at the counter. But the foot bath is very nice. Otherwise, everything is fine, they gave us a choice of beautiful yukatas, the futon was laid on time. No complaints about the room, everything is beautiful, up to standard. There is a shower, but no toilet.

The room is nice and clean. The toiletries are pola. The staff has a good service attitude and the yukata is nice. It is very close to Gora Station. Turn right after exiting the station and walk about 50 meters through the tunnel. The disadvantage is that the hot spring is a bit small. Compared with the Kaishu Onsen Hotel in Shirahama, the hot spring, dinner and breakfast are all average.

A Japanese-style hotel with a slightly old feel. I was not very confident at first because the system rating was not high, but because I booked it late, there were not many choices. In the end, I was not disappointed. The kids were very happy in the tatami room. The pola toiletries in the room were also very useful. There was a hot spring in the room. I also tried the public and private baths of the hotel. Although it was not big, it was very comfortable. The breakfast and dinner provided were very exquisite. Every night I could soak my feet and drink some wine at the front desk. The only problem was that the check-out time was too early. I had to check out at 10 o'clock, which was not very flexible. 😂
