Staff is really helpful and friendly. Bus stop to Shirakawago is just 5 mins away..Room is huge and clean! Simply lovely experience!

This hotel is conveniently accessible to Takayama and its surroundings. The hotel amenities are unexpectedly excellent. They even have a bar area that serves beverages including those with alcohol. Car-parking is also provided.

I have booked this hotel every time that i go to Takayama. Please choose this hotel once you are in Takayama.

The staffs can’t communicate well with English. We found a tissue roll with some poo like things on it. The staff just come and exchange for another one. It’s horrible. So sad that we have used this stained tissue roll for whole day already.

Impressed with the hotel. Spacious room with shower & toilet separated, bring convenient to guests especially for family stay. Like that private hot spring, cozy & truly privacy. Will stay in again next time.

The room we booked is huge, with 4 futon beds and a sitting area. Loved the modern design of the hotel and the size of the room. The public hot spring bath is fantastic too. The only downside is the breakfast, we tried both the Japanese and Western sets, definitely not the usual kind of breakfast. Nonetheless we really enjoyed our stay!

Well mannered and helpful staff, the staff helped us to make restaurant reservations and enquire for restaurant parking. Has in house onsen which is great. Location is alright, the hotel is around 10 mins walk from the old street. We drove there and there’s a spacious parking lot. On the negative side, window in the room is relatively small, and the hotel does not provide bottled water / drinking water machine.

The hotel are very convenient, clean , spacious , staff are friendly , the amenities are really good quality , it offers a very good Japanese traditional breakfast too 🤗

Location is good and close to main attractions, room is very clean. Facilities are new. The hotel offers great cultural experience in Takayama.

We stayed two nights and were satisfied overall. Although the car park is not for free, they gave discount to hotel guest.
