The hotel attendants were very nice and caring. The hotel is just 5 minutes away from the Awaza subway station, very convenient. The park opposite to the hotel was nice. There are drug store, convenient store, restaurants and supermarket around the hotel.

It is a nice hotel

I have been to Osaka with a tour group before and had a very good impression. This time I stayed for 5 nights on my own. When I started to plan a hotel, I found that Four Seasons had good reviews. There were no twin rooms available one week in advance, so we stayed in Kyobashi for 4 nights and booked in Kyoto for 5 days. We needed to stay for another night on our way back to Osaka from Kyoto and flew the next day. We unexpectedly found that there were rooms available (booking is required about two weeks in advance), so we decisively booked one night. When we came back from Kyoto, we needed to go to Osaka Station and take the Pink Sennichi Line to Apollo Station Exit 3. There was only an elevator at Exit 3, which was convenient for dragging suitcases. After the elevator, turn right and then turn left and go straight to the hotel, which is less than ten minutes away. The hotel is very convenient on the roadside. There is a 55 bus at the door that goes directly to the Umeda business district. There is a 711 convenience store next to it in 3 minutes. The front desk service is enthusiastic and the staff is warm and thoughtful. We arrived early and it was not time to check in, so the front desk left after storing the luggage. When we came back to check in at night, we were pleasantly surprised and lucky to be upgraded to a suite on the 12th floor. This day was the Chinese New Year's Eve and the last day of our 11-day trip to Japan. I was very happy to receive this precious gift. Thank you very much. It was also a great experience. The room was huge, with a park outside the window, clean and hygienic, with a living room, bar, dining table, coffee machine (with capsule coffee), mineral water facilities, and 2 toilets.
