A small hotel without good facilities but the people services are extremely impressive.

Great location between the old town area and the Oktoberfest grounds. Easily able to walk to both. Near lots of shops, bars, restaurants. Staff friendly and helpful. Clean and well maintained.

The hotel was very central perfect location to the main attractions and also very close to the underground. The service was perfect! Maria (or Giulia) was very friendly and gave us a lot of recommendations. I would definitely stay again there!

I stayed here on a solo trip in December. The location was great, the room was clean, and amenities (pods, tea, coffee, etc.) were provided, so I was able to relax in my room. The shower had good water pressure and temperature, so I had no complaints. I was also impressed that there was someone at the reception 24 hours a day. On the first day, I forgot my power adapter for Germany, but when I asked the receptionist, they kindly lent me one. I arrived in Germany late, and the electronics stores were closed, so I couldn't go shopping, so this was very helpful. Below are some points to note for those staying in the winter. ・The air conditioning didn't get very warm, so bring warm pajamas! ・It takes some skill to lock the shower door. I secured the handle with a paper rubber band to make it more stable.

The hotel is just a few hundred meters from Munich Central Station. I was a little worried when I checked in because it was very lively next to it. After checking in, it was very quiet and it was safe to go upstairs to check in. The room was very large and clean. Turn right out of the hotel and you will find the starting point of the Klook tour line. It was a pleasant surprise. I didn't know it was so close when I booked it. There is a breakfast shop next to it, which is a regular Western breakfast. Go to the City Hall to watch the puppets rotate and walk a few hundred meters. Highly recommended. When I first checked into the hotel, there was blood on the paper in the trash can, and when I took a shower, I found a blood stain in the middle of the bath towel, which was disgusting. The water they provided was in small glass bottles, and they only provided a limited amount per day.

It's still very good. I booked it for a business trip and it was very suitable. If I come again, I will definitely continue to book it. The room is of normal size, there is no stale smell, and the staff are also very friendly.
