We was a beautiful stay,felt like royalty.The service was excellent everywhere you went on the resort.The views was amazing, the suite room was so comfortable and spacious.The breakfast however can give abit more options alot of traditional food rather. Overall will definitely go back to Apurva Kempinski.

Excellent services from all the ppl working in this hotel. Lush and grand grounds. Love the swimming pools. All have heated water I think. The private beach is excellent.

The hospitality of the lady, Tata, was wonderful. Thanks to her, it was an unforgettable trip. The interior of the hotel was spiritual and modern and elegant. If you come to this hotel, you can forget about your everyday life. I felt like a bourgeois. I was satisfied with all the resort's ratings. I will back.

The best beach resort in terms of beach cleanliness, white sands and clear water - pool size and room layout are huge. Lobby and architectural landscape of the whole resort is just astounding! U feel like u want to take picture at every corner of it!

WOW what a stunning hotel, it's beautiful inside and out but what really stood out is the service and genuine kindness i receive from the workers like Bara. My stay included breakfast, which was one of the best breakfast buffets at a hotel I've ever had in my life and I've stayed at several five star hotels across the world. Bara offered me a special mixed tea that really helped my GI intolerance being in Bali that helped make me feel SOO better. The service he provided me was unmatched and I felt very cared for. I will never forget the kindness i received at apurva kempinski! Thank you so much!!

+ Friendly staff and great facilities. The best part is that the water in the swimming seems to be warm all the time so super friendly for kids - Common problem for all Bali hotels. The water from the tap was always yellowdish. Bring your own filters if possible

One of the best resorts I’ve been to. Fascinating view & service. I had a minor injury due to my own mistake, and the staffs were keep checking on me till we check out to ensure I’m fully recovered. We stayed for two nights to celebrate my partner’s birthday. It was definitely highlight of our Bali trip. Quite a fair bit of activities that can keep you occupied. Overall, the restaurants are not the most affordable options (we went to Koral restaurant, rooftop bars, breakfast place & Japanese restaurant - almost all except for the Chinese hotpot place) but we were not disappointed with the service/food a single time! When we got back to the room after some outdoor activities, we were greeted with a card and mini cake from the resort :) wishing HBD. Koral restaurant was our definite favorite. All in all, we spent about USD 2K for 3D2N. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who’s willing to spend some for a great holiday!

Bali Kempinski is an ideal choice for family vacations. The facilities are excellent, with a beautiful beach, pools, a kids’ play area, unlimited water, and umbrellas available all around the property. The staff are always attentive, checking in on your needs, and the shuttle service adds an extra layer of convenience, making our stay feel effortless and relaxed. That said, I did feel the dining options weren’t the best value, and the hotel can get quite dark at night, which made our little one a bit scared when heading to the lobby. Also, the presence of monkeys made us cautious about letting the kid play too long in the villa’s courtyard. Despite these minor issues, we would still choose this hotel again – the positives far outweigh the downsides, making it a wonderful choice for a family getaway!
