Really enjoyed the Richmond hotel in Osaka. Will definitely recommend for people who are heading over Lobby was huge and clean which was really great!

Very good hotel: clean and comfortable! Breakfast consists of various dishes, the food was delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any of the travelers to Osaka

Able to chose amenities from the lobby. Location is away from the buzz of Namba

The quilt is too small for couple, so uncomfortable to sleep with

Very helpful staff, nice and spacious, clean and tidy room. Walking distance to mall and other supermarkets makes it more convenient

It is the first time I stay at a Richmond hotel and I am impressed by the comfort and service. Nothing complicated, the registration was efficient and swift. Room of good size for Japan. Location is near subway station and major train station for the KIX airport and Kyoto etc. Amenities not in room but plenty for guests to collect responsibly in the lobby. The property may only be a 3-star one but the services and its maintenance upgrade it tobacco 4-star hotel.

Nice hotel in a neighbourhood. Near to subway station. Clean hotel room.

A big room for a solo traveler!

Room was slightly smaller than expected but overall still clean. Amenities can be collected at the dedicated shelf infront of the front desk as it is not provided in the room. Staff can converse in English quite OK and was ready to provide answers to our queries.

Good location

The location was about a 12-minute walk from Namba Station, but it was really crowded and took about 20 minutes to walk! It kind of felt like a Korean motel! But it was clean and the amenities were well-prepared! It was also clean! It's a little disappointing to call it a hotel?

It was close to the station and had good access! I could use the drink bar so I could relax.
