Complained about bad sofa bed. No room change avail because I booked thru trip.com Facing the street was noisy Neightbour was loud had to call and complain

Excellent location, right next to PATH station, which in ~20 min gets you to the Times square or WTC. Rooms are very spacious, area around is great. There are shopping centres, Target, etc near by. Riverside walk, which is less than 100 meters from the hotel, turned out to be our daily affair as it provided a beautiful night scene of the Downton NYC skyline.

Facilities are older than expectecd. Okay service. A considerable choice for business purpose.

great place to stay but if you have a car you have pay 30$ per day for parking. keep in mind.

It’s a great place to stay

Very regular hotel. The rooms are not very different. The soundproofing is not very good. I can hear the black man next door rapping clearly. Someone came to housekeeping at 10 o'clock in the morning, and I didn't respond and just opened the door and came in. The location is very good. You can take a bus to Manhattan within a few steps. Parking is 30 per night

Good location, with a panoramic view of Manhattan. Convenient transportation, and a good Chinese restaurant just two minutes away.

The room is small, and there is basically no space in the room after the sofa bed is opened

The location is good and the transportation is convenient. The train station is next door and it takes about 10 minutes to get to Manhattan. The hotel is average, hotels near New York are expensive. The community environment is very good. It is considered a new community in Newport. The little squirrels are very cute.
