SureStay Hotel by Best Western SeaTac Airport North Reviews

This hotel is not insulated against noise so I could'nt sleep at all , also dirty and old. I kept my eyes open all night so that I higly recommend this hotel for those who don't need to sleep. One reason I give pretty high grade is rocation since it's closest hotel to airport compare to place I had before

Booking accommodations on short notice during the busy summer season tends to be expensive, and there's not much that can be done about it. The bed is very small. I'm traveling with my daughter, and since we're both small in size, it's hard to imagine how larger people could sleep in the double room we booked.

Super close to the airport and convenient. After 24 hours without sleep was very hppy to find a clean comfortable bed to crash in.

The bed was very comfortable and they have a 24 hr on demand shuttle to the Airport. Those two things trump everything else in my opinion. I would definitely stay there again.

Overall the staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The corridors and overall look of the hotel were super dated and felt like I was stepping into a prison hallway. Could do a bit of work there to make it more welcoming. Instead of bringing amenities up to the room, the staff simply said they didn’t have anyone to do so- but three people were just standing at the reception chatting away. Don’t expect much, but a good room for a quiet nights sleep near the airport.

Highly recommend for flights early Shuttles to airport

The place wasn’t clean and the room smelled so bad we weren’t able to sleep at all The location was the only thing good and the front was nice but other then that I would never go there again

Good location (right off the airport). Free airport shuttle and pick-up is certainly even better!

Needed a place by Seatac for an early morning flight departure. This place was great value. The free shuttle across the highway to the airport was prompt and efficient.

The hotel staff are friendly conveniently located next to the hotel with a shuttle that can take you to and from as well as to several restaurants. Overall nice place to stay when you’re in transit.

First time in Seattle, the staff was wonderful and super helpful as well as the cleaning staff they were super sweet and anytime we needed anything they were on it.!!! I loved my experience here will be coming back and it was super close to the airport

The people at the reception desk were very nice and helpful. The room wasn't fancy, but I was only staying one night. I just needed a place to shower, sleep, and repack my bags. I like that it was close to the airport. There is a 7-11 up the road for a wider variety of snacks.

The hotel is basically a 2 star motel. It is good for staying close to airport to catch flights. For the price and value much better to stay in Seattle.
