The location was very good. The service is super. For family stay is also great

Very friendly staff. Only problem I had was the excessive amount of furniture in the room leaving no where for us to put our luggage.. Would have preferred no furniture in the room.

If go by subway, try to make sure to get out from exit 2. Room is small but acceptable if not bringing heavy luggage.

There was a cigarette smell in the room, and hot springs were for man only.

I had to book a hotel in Osaka at relatively notice and this one was the best choice. It's not too far from the train station so can be walked to. Staff were very helpful. The room was adequate and there was good facilities in the hotel, but no breakfast. It was a bit dearer than I would have liked to pay but that was likely my fault.

Many hotels are expensive due to the demand for the Expo, but this was relatively affordable, which was a relief. The facilities were neither good nor bad, so there are no problems for business use.

The location is very convenient. It is very close to Shin-Osaka, Osaka. However, you need to take a taxi to get there from Shin-Osaka. It is a long way to walk. We took a taxi for more than 1,000 yen, but it is only a 5-minute walk from the subway station. The facilities are quite clean. There is a men's bath and sauna on the second floor, and cotton swabs and sanitary products can be picked up on the first floor. The bed is a little small. Now is the peak tourist season, the World Expo, so the price is quite expensive. It is very convenient to take the red line of the subway here, and it is very convenient to go to lively places.

The hygiene is average. The quilt is uncomfortable. It is quite close to the subway station.

I booked a smoking room thinking it would be cheaper since I booked on the same day, but it was smokyr than I expected and the air purifier was yellowed. I wish they would at least replace the air purifier with a new one. Other than that, it was comfortable to sleep in.
