Ark Hotel Osaka Shinsaibashi Reviews

We had a great stay at the Ark hotel. The hotel is a bit old, as you can see from the (bulky) furniture but other than that it was very clean. Location wise it was very convenient.

Good hotel, basic. The mattress a but too hard and the pillows... I did not understand what those were. But overall it was a good hotel, exactly next to the metro stations and just a few meters outside of the hectic tourist trap. It was worth it.

The location is good, close to KR station. Lots of dinning choices.

The check-in process was quick and smooth, the hotel crew spoke about rules of the stay in decent English. The room was very clean, the facilities were top-notch and convenient. The hotel is next to a metro station entrance, saved me plenty of time in traveling to different places in Osaka. Highly recommended!!!

Good location, Room is clean, Service is good. Breakfast is not bad. But late check-out should be charged 1,000 Yen /person/hr

Cozy hotel but a little bit small. Need to walk around 10mins to the busy street. May stay closer to the main street next time

Good location. I booked 3 nights and on 2nd night I went back to my hotel room, someone else was inside and I couldn’t get in. I went down and the staff told me they moved all my stuffs to another room. What a shock! I needed to spend extra time getting another room, checking whether all my stuffs were there.

Great hotel. The rooms might be a bit on the older side but it’s fair for the price and location. We had the included breakfast and it’s quite good, a mix of western and Japanese, and some dishes change from day to day.

Well the room is bit old. but the staffs are very accomodating so ill give 5 stars to the staff . the location is great also very near to dotonbori.
