The place was really nice. Very close to universal. Everything was perfect until one morning one of my family members were bitten by bed bugs, as soon as we check the bed we find a bed bug right away.

It was very good. Clean, convenient, and cozy - everything you need. If I go to Osaka again, I’ll book the same accommodation.

The apartment to me is perfect for our family of four with 2 young kids. Near the osakako metro station. And across the streets , convenient stores are nearby. Very convenient after a long day of sightseeing. Steeet can be quiet but safe. Really near to the ferris wheel and the aquarium. Even though there is no physical person at the lobby to check you in, The check in was swift. Just remember to have your passport with you for identifications. Read and follow the instructions on the tablet carefully and there you go! About the apartment , its so clean! Well done! Im really impressed. Well equipped also! Hence, we really enjoyed our stay.

In addition, although there is a parking lot, it is completely up to grab! That is, if you are lucky enough to have a parking space, you can't move out anymore! If you want to drive out again, even if you put a red cone warning sign in the parking space, it is useless. The guests who come later will also move the warning sign away. When you come back, there will be no parking space! It is recommended to put a warning sign in each parking space and inform you! I have stayed in many places in Japan by car, and all of them have warning signs, and other guests will abide by them. This store should consider it! The reason is that you will receive an email before check-in, but it is all in English. I think you will be confused about the code to enter the building. The email will say entrance pincode. The code for check-in is written as check in code. If you know this, you should be able to check in somehow. I saw several groups of people having trouble at the entrance, so I think it might be difficult to understand. Also, the free parking lot behind the building has a narrow parking space, so my Elgrand just couldn't fit in. If it was just 5cm wider, it would have fit perfectly. I parked in the paid parking lot in front. The rooms were spacious, and the air conditioning worked well in all rooms, so that was great.

There is a Family Mart, Lawson, and 7-Eleven right near the station, as well as a police box. It took about 10 minutes to walk from the station, and there were restaurants nearby, so I thought the location was very good. It was written that the check-in process would be confusing, and when I arrived, there were two groups that were having trouble, but the check-in QR code was included in the email, so it went smoothly. I wasn't able to check in in advance because I didn't know about taking selfies on site, but it's okay because you can take a photo with your ID on the hotel's tablet when checking in. The room was very spacious and clean, and I was very satisfied with the fact that there was instant coffee available.

The location and facilities were good overall. Check-in was smooth. The only thing I can say is that although parking was said to be free, there were no spaces available, and there were no spaces available in the paid parking lots either, so I had a hard time finding a spot. I'm sure it said somewhere that it was first come, first served, but I would have liked some instructions on how to park in extra spaces when there are no spaces available.

I used it again last year to go to Universal Studios. It was a very comfortable and relaxing stay.
