Had a pleasant stay, good location, very close to Keio train station . Many restaurants around , convenience stores shopping malls. First floor has 24 hours Lawson , second floor is lobby ,connected with roof top bridge walk in short distance to station and shops . Recommended .

This is one of my most favorite hotel. Super clean and perfect in function. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel is located in a hub of public transportation and accompanied with lots of shopping and nice dining. Love it and will be back.

Good location, convenient for travellers by train, but not convenient for parking

Second time staying at tho hotel. Walking distance to the train station and ample food surrounding the hotel

Odor in the bathroom was very strong. Linens also had a odor of sweat and need replacing. Wanted a bright room but when I opened the curtains there was a wall in the middle and small windows on either end. The room felt dark. Otherwise I liked this hotel. Was clean and comfortable. Nothing extravagant. Great location, just minutes from the station, lots of restaurants, markets, and shopping. It’s a bit annoying that people use the common area to set up shop with computers, monitors,etc, G cabinets and chargers and spread themselves out and work there all day.

The hotel is very cost-effective, but unfortunately I couldn't get the stay certificate suddenly, which resulted in me not being able to take the exam... Of course, this can't be blamed on the hotel. Facilities: The facilities are very complete. Although the hotel is small, it has everything. Hygiene: It is very clean. There will be staff to clean the hotel at 9 o'clock every morning. Environment: The environment is good and very quiet. You can get toiletries at the front desk on the first floor. Service: The service attitude is very good, but the front desk basically communicates in Japanese. There is a convenience store downstairs of the hotel, and there is a subway next to it. However, there are not many restaurants around, but it is very convenient to travel by subway. It is not far from Shinjuku, and the subway takes more than 20 minutes.

I stayed there for a few days. The newly renovated environment is very comfortable and the sound insulation is also very good. The main point is that the transportation is convenient. You can reach the hotel as soon as you get off the subway. There are three contracted stores on the first floor. If you are tired of the hotel's buffet restaurant, there is also a coffee breakfast shop with a 15% discount downstairs. The price of a sandwich and coffee is more than half cheaper than the hotel breakfast.
