The stay was great. I enjoyed the amenities inside the room. Beds were comfortable. Downstairs had a lot of options to eat.

Great location, walk to everything. Clean and very new and modern room. Bed is comfy and housekeeping is efficient!

Hotel located next to Sky Tower, many restaurants & shops nearby as well as a casino. Hotel buffet breakfast is very good, restaurant attendants had provided excellent service.

Was given 2nd floor room, no views from windows. The tv channel went blank and was not able to watch for almost 10minutes. Overall the cleanliness is good. Normal shower head is better than the raindrop shower head.

Great spot in the middle of town. Type of hotel that I would normally book for a business trip - which this was not - and like it very much for a private one.

The hotel with the best location in downtown Auckland. You can take a car directly here after getting off the plane. Next to it is the famous Sky Tower. There are countless restaurants nearby, both Chinese and Western food are great. It is within ten minutes to walk to Queen St, the pedestrian street in the city center. The pier is also very close. There is also free luggage storage service, which is great!
