Stayed 4 nights, 1st 2 nights bitten by bed bugs due to dirty bed mat and duvet cover. 3rd and 4th night requested to change room, a little cleaner but noisy neighbours that kept me awake. I am so disappointed by the whole experience. The capsule type room can be quite dirty. The bed bugs are a no-no, they cause rashes and itchiness.

Very clean, people take care about each other, all amenities needed for travelers are present. The location is very good. Close to central station.

Great hotel! It is larger than a capsule hotel, with a space over your head. While the cabin itself cannot be locked, but they provide storage beside the bed that can be locked. Onsen and shower are clean. The location is great and staffs are helpful.

Capsule hotels with high ceilings don't feel too closed in, and are great value for money if you're just going to sleep. The friendly staff were also very comforting. They're located all over the country, so I'd like to continue using them in the future.

This capsule hotel has a very upscale feel, and the staff are very welcoming. The reception area is connected to a small bar, and there's a common office area and dining area near the reception desk. There are power outlets on the tables. Separate female and male accommodation areas are on either side of the common area; you need a card to enter. The toilets, showers, and laundry rooms are located in the corridor leading to the accommodation areas after entering. You can leave your luggage next to your bed; the overall sense of privacy is excellent. Regarding location, it's right next to Fukushima Station, but if you get off at Higashi-Umeda Station, it's about a 15-minute walk. There's a 7-Eleven right outside.

I'm staying in Japan for 20 days and have only stayed in capsule hotels. This is the best. Spacious, clean, and the staff are helpful. It has a good onsen and a very good cafeteria. Its only downside is its 5 p.m. check-in time. But they make up for it with free luggage storage.

You can sleep well in a small space.

お昼間の、スタッフさんはとても親切でしたが、夜戻ると、夜の女性のスタッフさんが会話も解釈もきつめで、こちらが気を使う場面が多々あり。夜も忙しいかもでるが、昼間の方が印象が良かったので、そう感じました。
