Welina Hotel Premier Osaka Namba Reviews

Been Jpn many times and nvr encounter such bad service. The Vietnamese receptionists faces look reluctant and sour. Only saw smiley face from the Nepalese servicers and Trinh during my 5 days stayed. Upon arrival 2 bottles of water and that's it. They will only gv u 1 door card, if u want another, they will gv but if lost ¥2000. Everyday they will chng a set of towels no rm cleaning svs unless u stay 7 days if want them to clean charges ¥1000 - no replenish water. I dropped my towel in water so went down get new, the 3 Vietnamese receptionists - QUY,Khang and Sao told me ¥500 for new set of towels. One of them even went up with me to my rm to ck how many my towels I received . This is ridiculous. All these are not mention in their listing. If I had known, I would think twice staying here. This is my personal experience

Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Convenient location, short distance to the shopping streets and nankai line (which gets you to KIX).

location : great & walkable to two different line / station,next to lawson & just few steps to don don ki clean : sadly no daily cleaning but they gave new towel everyday service : hotel staff is very helpful & friendly will i book again? yes!!

Really good location and very nice staff, needed help at night and there was still staff around to help out, there was a store nearby that sold really nice food 🥰 too, and below is literally a family mart

Perfect location, 5 mins walk to Namba station. And I like they are environmental friendly, no cleaning service during few days stay. We just need to put the rubbish bin n used towels outside the room and they will handle them. And they provide new towels every day. Staff are friendly. The lobby is big and looks nice.

Hotel Welina is in a great location, within walking distance of Dotonbori, Namba and Namba Station, Nippombashi station and more. There are loads of eateries around the hotel and a Lawson right outside.

Great location: Short walk from Namba station. Next to a Lawson Mini mart.

Great location. Very efficient staff. No cleaning if you stay less than 3 days(typical for this kind of hotels) but the room itself already very clean and new towel send to you every day. If you expect full seviice go to marriot or other 5 stars hotel

Great location . The room is not too small . Within 10 min walking distance to Namba station.

The location is convenient easy access to subway and lots of eateries surrounding with walking distance but the room actually quite small, with basic toiletries set, they also don’t provide house keeping and only allowed to change the used towels, so we have to leave our towels and dustbin outside the door every morning for our 5 nights there. They only provide 2 bottles of drinking water and have the same breakfasts menu everyday. Suggest to exclude breakfast and get from outside instead if you decided to book,

It’s about 5-10min walk to Namba station depends which exit you choose. We stayed 3 nights but no house keeping except change of towel and need to put the used towel and rubbish outside door daily. Only given 2 bottle of water upon check in but not daily? The room is very small 15m and can’t open 26inch luggage.

Very good location to stations, shopping street and duty free shops. There is a 24hour open Lawson just downstairs as well.

The hotel is near Osaka Metro Nipponbashi Station, it is also within walking distance from Namba Station, so the accessibility is good. There are many eateries and massage parlours around. The great shopping area Shinzahbashi is not far away. You can get almost everything you need from here.
