Hotels with Breakfast in Ordos

First of all, I would like to give a thumbs up to Ctrip customer service. The service is really humane. This hotel does not have random midnight snacks. The room reserved is the farthest. I was told that the family room in the hotel is the farthest. We booked breakfast for two adults and two children, but when we arrived at the front desk at night, we were asked to cancel the order and place the order in the store. They said that one child would be charged. If we place the order in the store, we don’t have to pay. We have been out for several times and two breakfasts are enough for two adults and two children wherever we go. Overall, the overall feeling is good. The room is large, but the front desk service needs to be improved.

First impression of the hotel was good. We stayed at 25th floor, So that the room is bigger than others. The reason we choose this hotel because It has a swimming pool. So, after checking in, I went to check the pool. I was shocked to see so many people there. It turned out there was a swimming lesson with 6 instructors and twenty something students. The lesson is running from 9am to 8.30pm. ( pool is closed at 9.30 and only 4 line.) I was very disappointed, therefore I called the duty manager and told him the issue. Soon after, the front seat manager Mr Li came to my room with apologetic attitude. Even though he couldn't resolved the issue, we felt that it was out of his hand. Food at fifth floor was so so. Breakfast has a lot of room to improve. If you want to relax in the pool. Don't go there. Otherwise it is a good choice to have a peaceful sleep.

This is not the first time I have stayed at the Crowne Plaza Ordos. This hotel has always been my first choice when I come to Ordos. The hotel is clean & tidy. Breakfast is good with the right variety. Concierge was very helpful. They booked my trip to the Genghis Khan Mausoleum at a discounted price of RMB300/- The mausoleum occupies a big area and during this time, it is not crowded. A must for any foreign traveller. Enjoyed my stay in Ordos.

The best Holiday Inn Express ever 👍 This is the last stop of our trip to Inner Mongolia with my sisters, don’t be too satisfied! Jasmine YYDS We helped bring out coffee for breakfast. The breakfast included fruits, fried cakes, local milk tea, steamed buns, coffee, soy milk, and milk. It was very rich. Very good value for money. we had the 3 bedroom spacious apartment for 5 people. beds were clean and comfortable as were the bathrooms, hot water and toiletries available. no kitchen available. very commercial area around the hotel, there is a large fruit market, supermarkets and many other bits like clothes and restaurants. Service was excellent and listen to our needs. Breakfast had cofee, bread and fruits available as well as the usual breakfast staples.
