Great hotel, breakfast service was good, but housekeeping left room door open. Housekeeping also was loud and banged our door

The hotel is located in a beautiful place, 2 minutes by car to the sea, 10-15 minutes on foot. The hotel itself is very beautiful, dog friendly, restaurant, breakfast, pool, everything is good. But the room and service leave much to be desired. First, they settled us with 2 dogs and a child on the top floor under the roof, where it is naturally hot, the air conditioner works well. But they could still be more attentive, a woman, a child and two dogs plus luggage, of course, running to the top floor and to the very end of the hotel is not convenient. Considering the fact that the hotel was empty. The balcony was not washed, the bathroom is dirty and they did not wash it, the water in the bathroom is a very, very small stream, you have to fill it all day. The trash can in the bathroom was full, there were no accessories such as napkins, toothpaste, etc.! The TV did not work, the repairman came and said he would be back in 10 minutes and did not return, we waited for him for an hour. On the day of departure, they closed the room at 10:30 in the morning. We came back from the beach, got to the room and I couldn't open the door. I went back, ran back and forth so that the card would work. At the reception they said, well, you leave at 12, so the system worked. Result: from the pros - beautiful, the sea is nearby, you can bring animals, a restaurant. The room cost 15,000 thousand rubles at that time for one night.

The hotel is big and the swimming pool is beautiful

The hotel is wonderful! We lived in a bungalow with its own pool! Unreal beauty! Order and every detail at the highest level. Breakfasts are very good! It's a 15-minute walk to the sea. But we almost didn't go because we had our own pool (but the water in it was quite cold), there is another pool nearby (communal) also very nice! They met us wonderfully, accommodated us, helped with any questions.

We had 2 rooms booked, we had a rest with the whole family. The territory is very beautiful. Delight of course!! We recommend to everyone
