Our room was quiet most of the night although we had a few knocking sounds from main door. We suspected it was due to the air pressure built up from corridor as our room was near the end of corridor. The room carpet was tainted with stains but that didn’t affect us. Hotel was near to subway station and took less than 30mins from main train station.

Great hotel. Amenities are complete. Spacious with quiet neighborhood.

Good location, adequate rooms and services. The hosting was enough for a four-day-business-trip. Several musts (bathroom packs like shampoos and shower gels, tiny sewing kits...) can be added, though. The personnel was also smiling and friendly. Thank you, hope to visit Offenbach again.

The food and all the service are Excellent, the staffs are very friendly and help full, location is perfect not far from market area where there is lot of excellent shops and Resturent, i love it diffidently going to stay there next time

The king-size bed suite is not too big, but the price/performance ratio is OK. When I checked in, the hotel gave me a standard room because I needed two single beds. This was quite funny. It might be that there was a deviation between the Ctrip specialist's statement and the hotel's understanding, and it was finally resolved. The fresh air system in the room is not working, the bathroom has no exhaust function, and the window cannot be opened. So the room smells very rich after dining. Advantages: convenient transportation, many supermarkets nearby, cheap price, simple kitchen Disadvantages: The sanitation is not cleaned every day, and the breakfast is simple

All good. The only drawback: the kettle has a plastic liner and the bottom is covered with dirt, so the boiled water will float with powder and is not drinkable.

Very bad hotel experience, especially the guy at the front desk. We specifically requested twin beds when booking. But it was not available. I went downstairs and asked and they said it could not be changed. I asked again and their colleagues said they had it. Wait. As a result, they still did not give it after discussing it. I didn't care if they didn't give it. But they deliberately did not give it (thinking I didn't understand what they said). Such service is really bad

The hotel has excellent facilities (spacious and new room and bathroom), good breakfast and 3 minutes walk from the metro). The only thing that didn't work out and was nothing serious was that our apartment wasn't cleaned one day out of the three nights we stayed there. Other than that, I recommend it. Very good quality-price ratio.

Very good, the hotel is very convenient to Frankfurt train station, the price/performance ratio is very high, the breakfast is a typical European breakfast, simple but good, the room is also very clean.

Not bad, a little off the beaten track, the exhibition hall is more than half an hour away by subway, you need to change trains, there are many places to eat around, supermarkets are convenient for daily life, I will consider staying here next time
