The service was very good the room is clean and it was quite.The staffs are polite and kind.But the humidifier is noisy it made a whistling sound and the filter inside needs to be cleaned.The buffet was very good ( dinner and breakfast) we are very satisfied.Our room has a very nice view and the window is wide enough to enjoy the ocean view. The bath hot spring is very nice we liked it a lot. The hotel has a nice bath outside which is very relaxing. There is only one thing i dont like this hotel, there is no wifi in the room. You can only access wifi at the lobby😭

The hotel was easy to find, the hot spring bath was clean, the breakfast and dinner buffets had a wide variety of food and were wonderful, and the views from the restaurant and rooms were beautiful and amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

The food is good, nothing to complain about.

A hotel where you can heal I would like to visit again next time

I booked a lake-view room, and sat by the window for dinner and breakfast. There are many choices. I still have many dishes that I haven’t tried. I will stay again when I come to Jiahe Hot Spring in the future, or try another hotel in the same group for comparison.

我們是自駕旅遊，飯店臨著湖，風景優美適合放空。大浴場很大，相當舒適。晚餐及早餐採自助式，相對北海道的溫泉飯店菜色簡單了一些。

ゴールデンウィーク人だらけ、で、サービス、料理もいまいち、バイキングだからといきましたが、おかみさんが、おもてなしをする、旅館のほうが、いいな。
