The place is really nearby JR STATION ! recommend to stay there cause super convenience!

it’s old, it’s obvious. it’s very small. the only reason to book this hotel is for the location.

Loved the location, can be accessed directly from JR station without having to go out into the snow. Also surrounded by lots of eateries & 3 malls. Room is a tad bit small but otherwise clean and has all necessary amenities. Great for a short stay while we transit

Great location & super convenience.. est within 5 mins walk fm sapporo station to the hotel.. hotel lift serve to B1 where it link to underground malls, restaurants, train station..

Floor carpet, window frame,, dehumidifier are dirty. Temperature control is not fully adjustable. Breakfast venue super crowded and packed. Duvet cover so old. If you get allergy easily, better to stay other hotel.

Booked a 2nd room for 3pax. Cleanliness can be improved. Overall location is great

Hotel directly opposite Sapporo station, very convenient, that's a link from the hotel basement to the train station underground, no worries if it's snowing. Check in was smooth, front desk staff are friendly. They provided luggage storage, just use your credit to locked and unlocked, we were away to Hakotate for 2 days, they allowed us to store our big luggage until we got back and checked into the hotel again for a night before leaving Hokkaido. Will stay in this hotel again when my next visit to Sapporo

the location of this hotel is very good, can go to mtr station via b1 floor, however the room of this hotel is very small .overall is quite good

Best location, near Sapporo station, near the bus station to the airport.

Probably the most affordable hotel in Sapporo station area. Just accross the big mall. Complete amenities, delicious breakfast spread, best location, and most of the employees speak basic English which ia good. Definitely recommended!

Special mention to staff (1) Morita and (2) Mark Faucett for helping us and accommodating to our needs. My son was down with influenza and it is through them we manage to pay a 2nd visit to children hospital that take in foreigners. The first one wasn’t that effective as it is an A&E with no children doc to prescribe controlled ***** for a 4 year old as i was told. My special thanks to the hotel staff and really appreciate their help and support. In all my years of travelling for business and leisure, this is top notch customer service that makes a huge difference to receiving customer and guests. Parking - 2000 yen for 2 days but note extra charges if you exceed 12pm. We pay 800 yen for 2 more hours of parking.

I have no complaints at all. We arrived when it was really snowy and the road was icy, luckily the hotel is just across the road from the station. B1 is actually connected to the underground walk to the train station which makes it a lot easier with suitcases on snowy days, there are some steps though so you will need to carry your suitcases up and down some stairs but it was not an issue for us. The room was nice and rather bigger than average hotel rooms that I booked in Tokyo/Osaka. One of the staff from the UK made it a lot easier to communicate about the stay. The breakfast buffet was really good with fresh seafood and a lot of other options. The cheese they served was really good.

The hotel is near to the main station. While it was snowy period, this hotel has a direct underground access from the main station. Took a while to navigate, but very convenient and accessible to lots of food places

Location of hotel is very convenient. There is a direct way as basement to the Sapporo station. Breakfast is awesome. Recommend to stay. Some day tour pick up point is near by Sapporo station. So just need to walk there.
