Experience of 10! Great hotel and even better staff!! Without a doubt we will repeat our stay and visit to the SPA

Not bad hotel for such a small town. Stayed at the 4star as we were upgraded. Great price. Room was nice although bathroom really dated. Very clean. Coffee machine available but you had to pay €1.90 per capsule. Should be included. Didn’t have the breakfast. Very nice staff. Comfy beds. Reception area not particularly appealing but not important. All in all a good choice.

We stayed four days in that hotel. From Friday to Tuesday. I liked the hotel. I would like to return to that hotel again. The first day we went on a trip to Galicia was a Friday. It has a dining room, spa, restaurant, room, etc...

8 members of my family went this weekend, spread across 4 rooms. When we got to the spa we didn't last even an hour since the itchy eyes were unbearable because it had too much chloramine, also 3 of us who are asthmatic left with our lungs closed having to inhale more than normal during the next day, the warm water pulling to cold. When we got to the rooms, we couldn't take a shower because the water was cold, not even warm. We had to go down to dinner without showering. When we arrived at the restaurant, we had a contracted seafood platter that literally took an hour to serve us, the seafood being of very low quality, half of the 3 seafood platters for 6 people was returned. The hotel in the Spa and breakfast was overcrowded with people, with more capacity than allowed in my opinion. Anyway, the worst thing of all is that by complaining at reception, no one has apologized, that is to say, that must be normal in this hotel, my parents had gone 2 months ago and they had told them that they would be undergoing renovations, well this weekend During the week everything was even worse. We will not return and we will obviously speak badly to anyone who asks us.

Holtel Spa highly recommended. I highlight the good location with free parking nearby, tranquility, friendliness of the staff. Very spacious and complete rooms. Pretty good spa and we were able to go with the 2 year old girl. Excellent El Rincón Restaurant. We already went twice and we will repeat.

Very professional and friendly service at reception and breakfast (I didn't use other services). Very nice and clean hotel. The spacious rooms, with mini bar, coffee machine, terrace and window, all very clean and smelling good, very comfortable beds. I recommend it and I will definitely go back.

Everything is phenomenal. Very good location. The king size bed is super comfortable, as are the pillows and the mattress. Impeccable cleaning. The breakfast buffet was very complete and the employees were very friendly. In short, a luxury in El Grove.

I don't want to go into too much detail and I prefer that the photos alone offer the reason for the title. I spent this weekend of July 1st and the truth is that regarding the assigned room (3000), the Defects and things that can be corrected that I found do not belong to a hotel or two stars. Defects that are easily correctable and that for me, neglect and apathy mean that they are not repaired. On the other hand, when I ask for a double bed I am not looking for a 3X3 bed, nor two beds together with two mattresses, as happened to us. And I also don't understand that they would give me a room with an "adapted" bathroom and with very annoying irons in the toilet. It is true that at first it was for one night and then I called to stay for two, but those are things to tell the client and this Decide if you want two beds together. Another thing that bothered me a lot is that they allow smoking on the breakfast terrace, which is almost completely closed (with a roof that can be opened, but it was closed both days with barely 20 cm of opening (you can see it in the photos that other guests posted) And finally, I was also quite bothered by the fact that at check-out they did not ask you how the stay was, or how they found it. It had never happened to us. That is if they give you a sheet with some discounts for future visits (🤐,😂😉). The correct breakfast (a change of look for the waiters would improve, and perhaps an incentive to make them smile). The Spa, no idea. Anyway, what I said, It has plenty of stars.

We went to spend a couple of days and we were delighted with the hotel, a clean room, with a large and very comfortable bed, I thought it was great and central, and the employees were very friendly, if we return to O Grove we will repeat, we left delighted

It is a three-star hotel that they have remodeled to which they have made an addition, a little better decorated, and that they offer as a four-star superior, but it is a “I want and I can't”… It is small, the three-star services are mixed And of the four stars, the breakfast room is shabby, in short, you pay for a superior four stars when it is a small addition to a three stars. The Sp is normal, but expensive…I will not return nor do I recommend it.

A sumptuous hotel, a SPA where nothing is missing, attentive and ultra-professional staff, impeccable room service, quiet room close to the port. A magical place in a magical city, we recommend a thousand times, thank you!!!

Superb cleanliness, spectacular beds, extra comfortable, clean and very very soft sheets. Bathroom with natural light and airy. Good personal hygiene items. Reception staff, buffet and waitresses very friendly and helpful. Details like chocolates and towel swans.
