St James Hotel, BW Premier Collection Reviews

Everything is good except the hotel doesn't tell that the guests are responsible for parking. Even though the hotel gave me a voucher of roughly £5 for NCP overnight parking. I still paid £10.95 for Parking.

Excellent stay. The hotel is very centrally located and very clean. The city is small, so you can easily walk everywhere. The staff was incredibly friendly, always smiling and ready to help. Recommended!

Great location,next to the castle and the market square. The room was clean and cozy although a bit small,but perfect for a weekend stay. The only minus there is no free car park for guests. Overall, good stay

This hotel needs proper renovation work. Theres several places where we could notice cracks and even broken frames. The bed was very comfy. The elevators had a foul smell.

Tiny but decently comfortable room, good location (next to the castle) and friendly staff. Nice bathroom (large and clean). No air conditioning but they do provide a little fan (although I’m not sure how effective that would be in summer!)

Booked this hotel as we was going to the take that concert at city ground, it's very close to the city center with all the pubs and clubs in walking distance and even closer to Nottingham castle and ye old trip to Jerusalem bar which is a must visit very quirky. The staff are very friendly and polite and the hotel is very clean with all the amenities you would need for a break away. The hotel is in walking distance to the station but also has parking outside the hotel but is limited but the us a multi storey next door. We will definitely be using this hotel again next time we visit

Great location. Breakfast was average and on the pricey side! Also after leaving I realised I got charged an extra £7.50 for drinks I had in the bar! Not happy

The room was very tiny and felt cramped, the heating was quite ineffective. The hotel even though located in the city centre is very uphill, resulting in a very tiring journey to reach by walking.. The hotel felt deserted and rustic and dull lighted resulting in a very dull vibe The staff was kind

Next to Nottingham Castle. The room is small, comfortable and clean, and the windows can be opened. There is an electric kettle and a hair dryer, but no refrigerator. The front desk service is good and checked us in early. The free Wi-Fi is useful.
