Location is great in the heart of Kelapa Gading. Very near to the MKG and also LRT. Many food choices around. This is a business hotel, so facilities are limited but enough for our stay. Service is great, we checked in with a big group and check in process are swift and seamless; and our request to be put into the same floor was arranged before check-in. Room cards are ready waiting for us.

Stayin only 1 night for a concert in Beach City International Stadium. Only take 3 KM by walking. Location is strategic, easy to find cab, accomodate by free shuttle bus (wira wiri), spacious parking area (free). The staff are very nice, very helpful & kind 🙏👍. The room is clean, neat. Bathroom is fine, clean & complete amenities. I just didnt expect the swimming pool is full of kids, but its fine. Thanks Mercure Hotel 🙏🙏👍

Everything is okeeee.. it's just a pity that from the beginning, I didn't get the information that the booking through this application couldn't get Amethyst or toothbrush soap supplies etc. When I asked, I was explained and actually able to pay Amethyst 10.000 for 2 people if you listen to it. I just wanted to check out the next day, if I was in the information from the beginning I would have chosen 10.000 to the Amethyst.

Masya Allah, the cottage is complete, you can play bicycles, play basketball, playground, swimming pool is also very clean, the view is directly to the beach.
The drawback is that inside the cottage you can't play on the beach.. So if you want to go to the beach to play sand and waves you have to get out of Ancol mermaid first
Thank God, barakallahu too, because I once refunded a trip.com hotel room, gave a bonus coin worth almost 550 thousand, so I added 188 thousand to be able to stay at Ancol mermaid.

GGuest UserBooked a Swiss Advantage type room but was informed that the room is exactly the same as the normal rooms, apart from it being located on the high floors. The price difference per night is around S$30, so for those that only comes back at night to sleep it's probably not worth paying more for high floors.
I feel that the differences in the room-type can be better communicated to us in your website.
The room decor itself is modern and clean. However, some of the furnishings are not well maintained and can see signs of aging.
Location is no-doubt the best feature of the hotel, located 15mins drive from the Airport and is directly connected to PIK Avenue Mall. The mall itself is huge, but seems empty. They have the usual brands like Uniqlo and Cinema. Massage places are lacking; we went to Meiso Reflexology (few stalls beside the Cinema). Small stall and basic, but they've nice massages.
Check-in was prompt and service was well. Requested for late check-in and was given an hour extension to 1pm.
Breakfast variety is decent, but the tastes are lacking. Personally, I'd rather venture out and eat the local delicacies. Nearby the hotel is the PIK market (around 10mins walking distance)

GGuest UserWhile our overall stay at Oakwood Jakarta was enjoyable, the lack of a warm welcome was disappointing. The receptionist working between 8-9 PM on October 17th, 2024, wasn’t friendly or smiling, which left us with a poor first impression. She also didn’t provide any information about the hotel’s facilities – we weren’t told how to access the pool, the restaurants, or any other amenities. It felt like we were left to figure things out on our own.
This was especially surprising after spending 10 days in Bali, where everyone went out of their way to smile, offer help with our bags, and make sure we were comfortable. At Oakwood, no one even asked if we needed assistance with our luggage.
Despite the disappointing service, the hotel itself was great. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location is also a huge plus – just a 10-minute walk to PIK Avenue and around 23 minutes from the airport, making it super convenient.
If the service at the front desk were improved, this hotel could easily be a top-tier choice. For now, I’d still recommend it for its comfort, location, and overall facilities – just be prepared for a less-than-warm welcome.

GGuest UserLove the location, just in the same building as MOI. Our room was nice and clean. Love the bath towels, so thick and smelt clean. However we didn’t get any handtowels. As we only stay for a couple of nights, we didn’t bother.

CCappuccino82Stayed this hotel due to full house at Harris. Location wise not so good as nothing much nearby. During my stay, the hotel was packed with students and children and the noise level is so much high even past midnight. Room sound proofing was almost 0. Will not stay again unless no other choice.

Staff were all very polite n friendly.
The lounge area at the 9th floor was very pathetic and not cozy enough.
Room was great except for missing lights near the table area which was dim especially during the night
Please install some light near the table n TV area.
Breakfast selection was very limited as well.
Will stay at this hotel when we come the next time.

NNaurahHad a pleasant stay here. Amenities were great, place is beautiful and clean. However, they don’t provide early luggage drop offs/luggage storage which is really troublesome. Hope they’ll improve on this. Another thing is the shower door no matter how shut it is there will always be some water going outside to the floor of toiletseat/sink. This made things a little icky because i prefer dry toilet. Other than that, wonderful!would stay here again
