Hotel was very clean with sufficient free parking and complementary breakfast. Even though the breakfast was similar everyday with less options, the food was of good quality and you can take as much quantity as you want. Cons There was no complementary water bottles provided. Coffee machine was not working. We booked for 4 people, but complementary coffee powder was only for 2. Brush and paste was not already present in room. But they have given after requesting on reception.

The place was beautiful, the rooms were spacious. The door keys to our room failed to work several times, requiring multiple trips to the front desk. The shower nozzle had pitiful low pressure. Staff was very pleasant and helped best they could, but repeated trips from our room back down elevator to front desk with key problems was annoying.

Clean and spacious room. Perfect for our needs getting to MetLife stadium. Great free breakfast as well. Friendly staff upon checkin as well

Booked this for 3 weeks for my girlfriend. I stayed sometimes as well. Most of the front desk staff are fantastic except for the older short asian lady with glasses. Bad temperament and service but I guess that’s her demeanor. Also, housekeeping staff never knocked on our door -most don’t speak a word of English. Ofherwise, fantastic stay. Has gym, netflix, price is affordable ($200 a night for suite). My goto in North Bergen!

I’ve stayed several times for it’s location and cleanliness, the staff was friendly, overall it’s a great hotel, I find the price keeps getting more expensive for every stay.

The hotel is located in Jersey, and it is very convenient to take the bus to Manhattan. The facilities and hygiene are OK, but it faces one side of the road, and two roads meet outside. One road has a very steep up and down slope. The noise from vehicles is very loud at night, especially the vibration from the start of large-displacement cars: it affects rest. People with light sleep should be taken care of and arranged in the opposite room.
