Drainage in the bathroom is not good, so it is a bit smelly. However, the room is comfortable and quiet. The breakfast is ok

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff that speaks English. Very clean room, no windows in the room, but that’s fine since you’re not really supposed to stay more than one night here

Stayed overnight at Kuala Namu airport. The hotel is inside the airport, so convenient. The hotel room is clean, the bed is comfortable. The buffet breakfasts have many options.

Every time I visit this hotel they make improvements. It’s the most conveniently located hotel for an early morning flight and has plenty of amenities.
