Happy to get upgraded to a suite. Appreciate the customer service of their staff very much! They were proactive to offer help and reacted fast to solve any problems arise. They would also go an extra step to make their customers satisfied and happy. Overall cleanliness is good. Bed is comfy. Gym room and indoor swimming pool is nice too. The only drawback is the outdoor swimming pool not opened due to construction which we didn’t know ahead. But it was still a very pleasant stay. Big thanks to the staff:)

They have the best location. Strategically located in the middle of the casino strip and surrounded with many restaurants and right beside WYNN!! Super love the area. The staff at the reception and the restaurant are so friendly and helpful! Very comfortable place to stay. We will definitely stay here again next trip. So accessible to everywhere and great team at reception, housekeeping and their resto bar!

Location and infrastructure is good but despite we arrived at 15.30, the room was not ready. Low service quality in macau conditions. Recommended as more value for money alternative for a day or two stay

booked because it's across the street from MGM casino, every bit as nice as the casino hotel, in fact even more amenities than theirs. only complaint, the room phone very confusing how to use it. would gladly stay there again.

Really enjoyed the stay. Service here is excellent. The team here is competent, attentive, friendly and helpful. I can count on the front desk team for all my delivery packages, Taxi booking and recommendations. I will certainly stay here whenever I visit Macau.

completely disappointed with cleanliness of the room. dusty and stains around the room. was extremely shocked to see blood stains on bed sheets - called and requested for immediate follow up in the middle of the night but turned out 2 other bed sheets were not any better (one also with blood stains and the other one with a big yellowish stain). finally got a third one bit there were bugs which made me could not sleep at all. disgusting and will never return nor recommend it to anyone!!!

The hotel rooms need to be updated- they’re worse for wear. Stained furniture, holes in towels, stained carpet. The gym is great. But the saving point to this place is the staff - they’re kind and doing their very very best with a hotel that needs work. Honestly I wouldn’t stay here again unless the owners spend some money and refit it. It’s not to the Ascott standard. The hardest part is getting good staff and they have this so it is strange they don’t do some cosmetic updates and bring this hotel up to standard.
