A big hotel with a large hot spring, both indoor and outdoor. But too many people. The swimming pool is very old and not attractive for kids. Buffet is good with lots of choices(7000 Yen per person). We stayed in another small hotel with good service. We prefer a smaller one.

The hotel has seven types of mineral onsen baths that come from hot springs in Jigokudani. The hotel facilities and amenities are great. And it has a big duty free shop for getting biscuits and souvenirs from Noboribetsu. The nearby town has many eateries too. The hotel is within walking distance to Jigokudani - He’ll Valley.

This hotel is so wonderful & one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to~!!! All staff, facilities, the situation, food and onsen, everything was perfect and highly recommended ~~😍

The location near Hell valley. There is a bus stop near the hotel. The breakfast and dinner were delicious. The onsen is great.

The room for 3 pax is big and clean. Friendly staff and the walking distance to Noboribetsu Jigokudani Valley. Their dinner and breakfast buffet have many choices. Please included during your booking. They have many onsen pool to try on. We are satisfied with the stay.

Big hotel with good location. They won’t let you check in before 2pm. My son was not feeling well and we requested to let him go to the room to rest but it wasn’t allowed too. Superior Japanese style room is small for family of four. Hot spring is huge. Dinner buffet was amazing. However, breakfast buffet is just so so.

Wonderful hotel facilities with the huge hot spring and swimming pool. Walking distance to the sightseeing spots in just minutes. Dinner and breakfast are good with many variety.

The biggest onsen hotel at Noboribetsu. The hotel location is just beside Noboribetsu Jigokudani Valley. Buffer dinner is nice.

i’ve had such a good stay at dai-ichi takimotokan, it was value for money! i was researching for a tattoo-friendly onsen at noboribetsu and came across this place! there’s no official guideline against people with tattoos - however it’s still advised to cover them up if it’s possible! spoke to the reception and i was casually told that it might be a better idea to go during non peak hours to avoid too many local japanese as a form of respect. did that and i didn’t have any bad experience at all tbh. tons of options during breakfast and it was delicious as well.

The hotel and its rooms appear to be quite dated, particularly the pool area, which could benefit from some updates. Additionally, I found the reception staff to be less than welcoming. Perhaps due to a language barrier, they seemed impatient, often handing guests flyers and expecting them to read the information themselves, rather than offering assistance. This experience was disappointing and did not meet my expectations for the hotel.

The room is large with excellent view. Free all drinks in fridge. Good coffee and tea selection.
