Spaces and clean room. What I didn't like is the lightingFront dest staff was friendly and helpful. Just one of the male staff not friendly and welcoming. There is a ¥1000 parking fee from per stay. There is a train station and a shopping mall next to the hotel. Overall good and comfy stay.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a five-minute walk from Koshien Station. Right next door is the Corowa Shopping Mall, making trips to the supermarket and Muji incredibly convenient. Kidszania and Lalaport are also a short distance away, perfect for family outings. Additionally, the buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options, ensuring a great start to the day. Highly recommend!

Amazing location, amazing service and very clean, easy to reach by train (Koshien station), near to Aeon mall and convinience to get food, will go back again in the next trip 😄

The location is excellent. Walking distance to the shopping mall and museum and the station. The room is big compared to many hotels in Japan. Not far away from Lalaport and KidZania. We enjoyed the stay.

Everything is very good, very clean, organized, beautiful, and the people are great. 10 out of 10 for this hotel, I highly recommend it, luckily I chose this one at the last minute hahaha

Location and the accommodations were very good, being next to a small shopping complex and rooms were of good size.  On non-service days, rooms were at least replenished with amenities and the trash emptied.  The biggest disappointment was the breakfast buffet, which was very mediocre at best.  Breakfast selections lacked adequate meat dishes and did not vary in the 4 days we were there.  It would have been an excellent stay otherwise.

It's great. If they can offer free parking (1000JPY) that would be even better.

Hotel is out of city but near to itami airport, that is the reason i booked

Very organized, clean, and comfortable

The sanitation is bad, there are bugs in the room, and the ventilation system in the bathroom is broken.

Reached earlier than 3pm and the service to drop off luggage was easy and smooth. Room is a bit old and dated but clean. Breakfast menu was limited. Location is good as I was bringing my daughter to kidzania which was just a short comfortable walk away.
